The room was clean and good.
I stayed for one night to go to Club Dioasis with my kids and I liked it.
It was cheap and good value for money.
The bathroom didn't smell the most, which was nice.

It was my first time using Trip.com to book a hotel in Korea. I was nervous at first, but I was able to contact the hotel’s customer service without any problems. They responded very promptly and there was no communication issue. The hotel itself is very new, less than two years old, and we hope that users will take good care of it. It is recommended that more instructions be placed, such as asking guests to clean up the dishes themselves (it is recommended to put a drain container). This hotel is great and we hope that everyone will take good care of it. Then the housekeeping could be improved. It is suggested that the bathroom could have a dedicated foot mat.

It was a family trip with two elementary school students, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation👍🏻
It was clean and the bed was comfortable
The location was close to all the amenities and it was close to Haeundae, so it was easy to get around

The location is very good, I saw a lot in the reviews that it was difficult to take the lift, but I have never encountered it at all, and there was a lift quickly in and out many times, very homely, the only thing to say is that the bathroom does not have a floor mat

Busan Station is close
Haeundae Beach is also close~
It's on the main street, so I stayed there without any inconvenience
The only downside is that there seem to be too few elevators?
When checking out...it's hard to get onㅠㅜ
