When I returned to the room to take a shower at night, I found out that the water heater was broken. Because the counter was closed, the trip customer service helped to contact the owner but he didn't answer the phone. It was not until 12:00 the next day that someone from the counter came to deal with it. The hotel staff came without an apology. Later, they just said that the water heater was broken and they would help us change rooms. Later, they made us wait until 13:30 before we changed to a room. It was smaller than the original room and the scenery was much worse than the original room. Although the room type was the same, the experience was still very bad. The person at the hotel counter had a really bad face. After contacting the trip customer service for compensation, the hotel said that it was unwilling to compensate. It was still the trip side that compensated us. I don't recommend this hotel at all. It wasted a lot of our time and delayed the entire morning.

The room is clean and comfortable. Great views from the window. There is a pound cooler and Beef Square market nearby. There are many different cafes nearby, including seafood. We took direct bus 26 from the train station to the hotel and the same bus back (about 30 minutes). We left our luggage before check-in on the 3rd floor in the hotel office, where we were also registered (they gave us a code for the room).

Excellent location of the apartment, very quiet and peaceful. Under the house - cable car, within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. In each house supermarket with a large selection of products. The beach is 3 minutes walk. Taxis to the center cost about 6000 won, where there are many clothing stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The apartment itself is very cozy, the view is beautiful, it was warm. There is everything for cooking. We could not figure out how to turn on the heated floors in the bathroom - it was cold there. And we did not like the towels, they brought a lot of them, but they are small. It would be better to give 4 large towels, it would be more convenient than 10 small ones. Otherwise, a great option for living. We really liked it!

The view was great and it was nice that it was right in front of the beach. If you come in the summer, it would be great because there is laundry. The balcony was also romantic.
