"1.The cleanliness was a total mess. Look at the attached photos. There was thick dust piled up on the headboard of the bed, and used tissues were left there as they were. 2.There is a metal door inside the room labeled as an “emergency escape (fire ladder) door.” Cold air kept coming in nonstop throughout the night through the gaps, so I had to block it with tissues. I paid 170,000 KRW for this trashy room. 3.Absolutely do not go as a family. At the entrance, the floor was littered with flyers for *********** (massage girls). 4. We are a family of four, so I went to the front desk and asked if they could give us two extra towels. An old man who looked like an ******* flatly refused. Who said the front desk was friendly? The advertisement said extra towels would be provided upon request, but that old guy said they only give them if you stay two nights or more. 5.The road leading into the hotel is quite dangerous. 6.The shower water pressure was extremely weak. 7.There is no hair dryer. 8.There are no amenities at all, such as a sofa or anything else. 9.This hotel is obsessed with squeezing money out of guests. If you check out even a little late, they charge a penalty — they even charge a full day’s room rate. 10.To top it all off, if you lose the plastic room key, they rip you off for 20,000 KRW. 1)청소상태 엉망입니다. 첨부된 사진 보세요. 침대 해드부분에 먼지가 뽀얗고 휴지도 그대로 입니다. 2) 완강기라고 붙여진 철문이 방안에 있는데 문사이로 밤사이 차가운 공기가 쉴세 없이 들어와서 휴지로 막았습니다. 이런 거지같은 방을 17만원에 결제했습니다. 3) 절대로 가족 단위로는 가지마세요. 입구에 마시지걸이라는 *** 전단지 수북하게 바닥에 놓여 있었습니다. 4) 4인가족이라 프론트에 가서 여분의 수건 2장 줄 수 있느냐 물으니 엿같이 생긴 노인네가 딱 거절. 어느 누가 프론트가 친절하다 했나요? 광고에는 추가 수건 요구시 제공한다고 했는데 그 영감직원은 2박 이상일 때 준다고 함. 5) 호텔로 진입하는 길이 상당이 위험함 6) 샤워 수압이 너무 약했음 7) 드리이어 없음 8) 편의 시설인 쇼파등 기타 아무 것도 없음 9) 이 호텔은 손님의 돈을 못뜯어 먹어 환장한 곳임. 체크이웃 조금만 늦어면 벌금. 심지어는 하루 숙박비 청구함 10) 더 가관인 것은 플라스틱 객실키 잃어 버리면 2만원 받아 쳐먹음"

"The room is big with 3 beds so perfect for families. It’s at an extremely convenient spot where you get all kinds of food, multiple Olive Youngs and the beach, right downstairs. We were a bit confused at the beginning as we found the building (thanks to the reviews) but we can’t see the name of the hotel. Because, the name is not there! SO, just get in the building and take the lift. For some reason we didn’t receive the check-in message. I called them and they were fast to sort things out. No cleaning (or even emptying the bins) during our stay and there is a vacuum cleaner in the room if you need it. We just stayed for 2 nights so we are fine with that. All in all it’s a great deal for a spacious stay in Haeundae. And it’s clean! We love it!"

"Quite a spacious room with a nice partial ocean view. It even provided an LG Styler — although I didn’t fully figure out how to use it ( everything in korean language ) it was still a nice bonus for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the stay. There are many nice cafes around the area, and the famous salt bread shop is also within walking distance. The location is excellent, very near to the beach and within walking distance to Mipo Station, where the Sky Capsule ride is located. I really liked the place. Although it doesn’t have a luxurious hotel-style reception, the property is in a decent and pleasant area, not a dodgy neighborhood at all"

Explained the rules in an easy manner, showed me how to use the app and access it to get in and out of my hotel (never had to use that before which was insanely interesting). Great people overall. We went to a private gym (The Code Gym) which is within 5 minutes walk from hotel but couldn’t get in due the auto machine requires local number for registration. The hotel reception glades assisted us by providing us with a hotel business line. Our room comes with a queen and a single bed which is of a good size for our family of 3. The corridor light is on sensor and it’s irritating though as it keeps turning on and off when we are in shower and in front of wardrobe. Very minimal amenities with only shampoo, conditioner and shower cream provided. Theres no disposal toothbrush provided."
