The hotel is old and needs upgrading. Breakfast is over priced and the buffet breakfast remains the same for the two days I was there. At slightly over 60,000 won per pax for buffet breakfast, it is totally not worth it considering the poor quality.

The staff were very accommodating, and the room was comfortable, but the standout feature of this hotel has to be the heated pools and the Cimer — which is a bit like a Japanese onsen. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

Good location. Service is great. Cimer SPA was much quieter than before. The restaurants served good food but a tad pricey but not the most expensive. The rooms look a little dated but still well maintained.

The lobby, hot spring pools, and restaurant were lovely and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs was an exceptional highlight, serving beautifully crafted dishes in a refined setting. However, the rooms felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation to match the quality of the other facilities.
