I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at the front desk. The male staff member was not attentive at all; when I asked him to ensure that my extension was updated, he assured me he would take care of it. However, around 12 noon the next day, I received a call on my mobile from the front desk while I was in a meeting, inquiring if I would be extending my stay. Additionally, I noticed that during the night, the front desk staff appeared disengaged, busy playing on their phones while I was providing instructions. This level of service does not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better attentiveness and professionalism. GUEST FIRST!

My friends and I chose this location for a friend's bridal shower. The room is quite big and the wall paint is so clean! However, this hotel lack of basic supplies such as shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and clothes hanger. It's sad to know too that water will stuck on the floor when you go on shower. Anyhow, I love the location of this hotel. It is convenient and accessible.
