I stayed at the property just for 1 night because of my flight, as I had fortunately booked a different apartment for the whole vacations period which was a lot better. The price for the single room was not at all value for money, so I would say this is not even an option for someone who wants to stay somewhere cheap. The building and the doors are very old and the single room I booked was in the middle of other 2 rooms (so no soundproof at all), without any view and the terrace out of the window was dirty enough not to be willing to go outside there. Also, there was not at all signal in the room, fortunately the wifi works fine. The room was clean, the bathroom and toilet are probably renovated but located very closed to the bed as the whole room is rather small (I was told it’s the single room, no photo of this on the site, though). Also, the roof is made of wood which made me anxious for the small possibility of any mouse 😬. Also, the pillows are very uncomfortable ! All in all, I suggest that for me, for one night was rather ok. I don’t recommend it for all the vacations period !!
Some advantages: the staff was super kind and helpful and the location of course is the best !!! Near piazza Yenne, the port, via Roma and piazza Matteotti where the bus and the train station are.

Everything perfect, modern, complete and clean room. Something I complained about was the noise from the other rooms but that does not depend on the hostel.

Poorly maintained guest house but with an excellent location in the center of Cagliari.
The room I booked, the standard one, was very small and with a bathroom created in it which in my opinion is not even up to standard. The only window in the room looks onto a small dark courtyard with water tanks. Uncomfortable bed consisting of two low and worn mattresses one on top of the other...
It is highly inadvisable to add breakfast as an extra at €8.00 per person (a steal) because there are only 2 packaged croissants and two juices on a tray in the room...
To stay only one night but only if you can't find anything else in the city.
The only positive thing was the location and the speed of intervention of the manager after we realized that the shower was broken.

Good value for money. Hotel ideally located in the heart of Cagliari and above all a few steps from the train station. Correct room, sufficient size overlooking the boulevard but well soundproofed. On the other hand, the magnificent trees on the boulevard provide a lot of shade... on the 1st floor we light up during the day. Please note: no breakfast, just a box with some rusks and biscuits + instant coffee or tea. No reception either for one of the establishments, you have to call the receptionist or go to the other (nearby) address.
