When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.

這地方很臟，房間是樓裏也是，各處都是灰塵，沒牙刷牙膏拖鞋，房間牀板上連門上也都是常年積的灰。我整理箱子把一件黑色衣服放地上，結果拿起來發現衣服上全是灰，可想而知房間地上多臟！説是有早餐，你要去前台問，説送房間結果是很差的東西都是冷的，我開門看到那個送的黑頭巾還在挖鼻孔！吐了！住幾天也不會有人來打掃，垃圾桶都是我每天特意放門口到下午才有人清理。房間裏燒水壺都沒有，我掀開被子床單上有毛髮，感覺根本沒換。這裏生活習慣不好很臟，非必要不住，蒼蠅蚊子一堆，還是住酒店去！！！！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [lucky hostel], and I can confidently say it was one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable (seif,sadek) are amazing. The ambiance of the hotel is serene and calming, with beautifully designed interiors that exude elegance and tranquility. The room was a haven of peace, featuring plush bedding, soft lighting, and a breathtaking view that added to the overall sense of relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, everything melted away all my stress.The food was exquisite,every moment was enhanced by the attentive service Overall, my stay at [lucky hostel] was a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.it was really a great experience

Everything is great there from scratch it's very clean hostel very special in cleaning no loud people are very helpful and kind also the room service also help me to organise tours from alexandria to aswan also they recommend us a very good restaurants also it's located in the central of Cairo with the majority of sightseeing around I wanna thank every single one there

GOOD: A security guard let us in the elevator when we arrived, since we did not have the key to enter the elevator. The elevator was fine for us, but I could imagine why some westerners or europeans would be freaked out by it. The staff was always friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but basic. There was AC and refrigerator in the room but we didn't use either. One side of the curtain rod was broken, but that didn't bother us too much. Toiletries were provided. There was a cupboard, which had some hanging, also a cosmetic table which had great lighting. Great location, quite central. Place was okayish for the price. BAD: There was no hanging in the bathroom. Warm and cold shower were available, but the water flow was poor sometimes.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 10 nuits, et ce une catastrophe du début à la fin. L’établissement est très sale et mal entretenue: trop d’humidité, murs, prises sales, serviettes, tachées, avec de l’eau de javel, housse de couette qui ne sentait pas le propre et trop petite par rapport à la couette…, le ménage n’a été fait qu’une seule fois en 10 nuits, après trois relances et encore, il a été bâclé. Le personnel est totalement indifférent, aucun accueil, chaleureux, aucune attention, à aucun moment on ne nous ont demandé si nous avions besoin de quoique ce soit. Le petit déjeuner était une blague: une banane, une fraise et une orange pour trois personnes et je n’exagère pas! pas de café, pas de thé même pas de l’eau ni de pain, ni foul, ni taamiya leurs plats traditionnels!!! un service totalement inacceptable. Franchement je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, passez votre chemin si vous cherchez un minimum de confort et de propreté. je me suis faite berner par les commentaires des gens d’ailleurs je ne comprends pas comment peuvent-ils noter cet hôtel exceptionnel!!!!!!
