Novotel Cairo El Borg
"This hotel is located on the Nile River and close to Tahrir Square, walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. It is also next to the Cairo Tower. Good staff and clean hotel."
Jewel Sport City and Aqua Park
"I booked this hotel expecting a five-star experience, but I was very disappointed. • Rooms and bathrooms need renovation. • Room service is unresponsive and ignored my calls. • Breakfast is very basic and most food is not fresh. Paper cups for juice and hot coffee or tea Honestly, this hotel does not deserve five stars; it would be more accurate as a three-star hotel."
GA Plus Hotel
"Overall, it's not bad. The entrance is a bit hard to find. The room size is decent, but the rooms facing the street are really noisy with almost no soundproofing. Everything else is fine, and the location is fairly convenient."

The St. Regis Cairo
"Amazing hotel and facilities! Absolutely recommend if you are coming to Cairo."
Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi
"Good hotel, great location. The breakfast staff in the morning were great and attentive. Always served us very well. The reception and hosuekeeping staff need to improve their attentiveness. For example, we had to call housekeeping to remind them on several occasions as they hadn't turned up when they were supposed to, and inconsistent standard of housekeeping was also an issue. Secondly, the checkin staff didn't mention that for charges to be added to the room bill, a deposit was required. We weren't aware of this and were told by restaurant staff. When we raised these complaints on checkout, they offered an apology and a free hot drink."
The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo
"Very good hotel with high luxury facilities. Staff services is also good. Breakfast is the best. Variety of food and desserts. Lounge in 12th floor is comfortable with a stunning panoramic view. You can drink red vine while looking down to the Nile river."
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza
"Good hotel"
Hilton Cairo Heliopolis
"My stay at the Hilton in Cairo was extremely distressing, especially as I was traveling with a seriously ill child. Cleanliness, professionalism, empathy, and guest safety were far below Hilton standards. At check-in, the receptionist, Ibrahim, misrepresented the breakfast price, pressured us to pay in USD cash, and assigned us a dirty room with stained bedding. Housekeeping repeatedly violated privacy, including a male staff member entering the ladies’ bathroom while I was inside and another attempting to push our room door open while we were in nightwear. Although the lobby looks impressive, the rooms are filthy, outdated, and misleadingly presented. Pool safety was ignored, children were in the pool while maintenance with sharp objects was taking place. Guest relations showed no empathy, even when my child was unwell, and the GM appeared disengaged. Staff became petty after complaints were escalated. There was clear discriminatory treatment toward foreigners and guests wearing headscarves. Many staff focused on tips rather than service, delivery drivers were told to keep my change, and staff pressured us to leave a good review despite the experience. A bellman also damaged my property and denied responsibility. The only positive was Ms. Rahma, the operator, who showed genuine empathy and professionalism. All incidents were documented and escalated to Trip.com and Hilton corporate. This experience has not put me off Hilton as a brand, but this property’s staff and management fall far below expected standards. To the receptionist, GM, and guest relations: you do not own the hotel, you are just employees. People like us stay here, and that’s why you get a salary. One night of our stay is your entire month’s wage, that’s the difference between us, the guests, and you. So please stop behaving like you own it!"
InterContinental Hotels CAIRO SEMIRAMIS by IHG
"It was a great experience overall, the hotel was good and location was great"
Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo
"We stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks. It is a mediocre hotel which is acceptable if one does not expect a good standard. The lobby ceiling is low which is not usual for such big hotels. The bar and the restaurants are not very attractive. The food in the Italian restaurant was of a very low standard and we returned it and skipped this meal. Our newly renovated room in the main building was well acceptable which we experienced after we moved from a very old style room in the tower. It is not far away from the airport and can set e well if one does not expect much. Annoying was that upon checkout it took 15 minutes to proof that our booking had been prepaid which is a other indication for the hotel's organisation and standard."
Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis
"The hotel is very clean and everybody are very kind."
The President Hotel Cairo
"Very well located in the heart of zamalek cairo! Easy access to to everything and everywhere"
Saint J Hotel by Brassbell

Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir Cairo
"Nice well thought out and clean room (usb c ports, mini bar etc). Central location. Great breakfast and other food. Hotel is very safe with a lot of security guards which takes a bit of getting used to. The only problem I had was not being able to change the temperature on the AC. It was a great base for my time in Cairo otherwise."
Novotel Cairo Airport
"Stayed overnight in Cairo for connection. Very good location, excellent shuttle service. The hotel is overpriced because of location, rooms are old but clean. Definitely isn't worth USD 170 I paid but it was a necessity to sleep for 3-4 hours and have clean shave and shower."
Al Masa Hotel Nasr City
"Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform, they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him. Also location was quite and safe. They have updated my room, the room was great and big enough, every room have balcony. The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe, cinema, shops. It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again"
