"The room is OK. Compared with the Hilton next door, the front door feels small and does not have the style of a star hotel. The Turkish food in the restaurant tastes very good, I recommend trying it. The atmosphere of the bar on the 10th floor is good, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is good, but smoking is allowed in the bar, and there is a strong smell of cigarettes. The gym is average, with simple facilities. There was wifi in the gym on the first day, but not on the second day. I asked the waiter and he told me that there was no wifi in the gym, which made me confused. The breakfast variety tends to be Middle Eastern, and it is quite satisfactory."

"Close to center, room is clean. Shrouk was kind and helpful. Another girl was also really nice that offered us free breakfast due to minor issues with air conditioner, but they fixed it properly. The other 3 guys supported us a lot, one helped us with the suitcases, and the others helped us prepare dinner 🥰 They were truly friendly."

"I had to walk back and forth three times between my room and the front desk, a 100-meter distance, because of a door problem. When the front desk staff finally showed up, she was dismissive and asked, "How many of you are there?" She should have chosen her words more carefully. In the end, she broke the door with a machine and left. I thought she had fixed it, but it just wouldn't close. When I told the cleaning supervisor, who was nearby, she asked me to wait for three minutes. An hour later, the manager called and offered something, but when I asked him to come to the room instead of calling, he became completely unreachable. Since the room wouldn't lock, I couldn't leave. I had no choice but to pack my bags, lock the door, and go out for a meal. This was the most unpleasant experience ever. I want a full refund from Trip.com for the accommodation."
