My biggest gripe with this hotel was the bedroom stunk when I arrived. It was a terrible mould smell, after leaving the windows opened for a few hours it got rid of the smell. You just had to keep the window open and it can be noisy, the hotel across the road makes lot of noise. It's a short walk, maybe 10 min walk from Centro. The location is decent. The internet worked good, had fridge etc. I never ate the free breakfast, couldn't comment on that. The pool was decent. Not many people stayed there when i visited. I arrived on Saturday, left on Tuesday. I think the weekend had more people. The Monday was dead. I had the pool to myself. The photos are clearly photoshopped. The venue is old, kinda rundown. If I was visiting Caldas Novas again, I might stay there.

Somos proprietários, sempre estamos vindo. Ótimo ambiente, a limpeza do ambiente e ótima, e a parte da recreação sempre é incrível, porém a alma do lugar é com certeza o tio chantily, atencioso, animado, e muito carismático.

Não gostei da experiência no hotel, pois minha filha passou por constrangimento ao dançar comigo na pista de dança. A cantora simplesmente me pediu para sair com a criança da pista, pois não podia estar comigo dançando. Ela disse alto e bom som e eu me senti constrangida e minha filha saiu chorando..

Nos dias que fiquei no hotel foi muito tranquilo, piscina bem aquecida, café da manhã gostoso e com variedades o almoço também. O quarto tem um bom espaço, com ar condicionado. A seresta é bem animada e com um bom espaço para dançar.
