For the most part the hotel was very clean. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There were several black hairs in the bottom of the tub and on the shower wall. There was also someone’s dried up teeth whitening *****s under the stink. Gross!

Property was nice. Reserved and paid for 2 queen beds. Upon arrival only a king bed was available. I showed my confirmation from ******* for 2 queen beds; the reply was that third party bookings cannot guarantee accommodations !!!

Great hotel & staff! Clean! Great breakfast! Hotel looks newly remodeled! If you're in the area, stay here because your close to Blowing Rock & Boone so its a great location!

Not a good experience at all. I'm very disappointed at this Hampton Inn. Normally at others we have stayed in other areas was good but not this one. Asked to be moved because of noisy over the top of us. Felt people was stumping harder than needed to. Our son lives in Lenoir so we visit 4 times a year. We stayed at the Hampton Inn when they first opened but it didn't feel like it did this time. Wasn't a full place with all the rooms filled for sure. But no good reason not to upgrade. The TV didn't have anything good on at all.Breakfast food wasn't like before either. So no we didn't have a nice stay at all sorry to say ....

This hotel was very clean and a pleasure to stay at. I had a issue with my vehicle and the Maintanence Manager was incredibly helpful! He brought out a few tools for me to fix my issue. He was extremely helpful and let me know to call him if I needed anything else. The entire staff was very welcoming! Excellent experience!

The only issue was the mattresses were very hard and the pillows were so soft that they did not sustain your head unless you used two or three pillows. But the room was clean and comfortable in size.

Management added charges onto bill which were quite a bit higher than what had been disclosed online. Then we found some of the electric outlets did not work, so charging phones was challenging. All in all, I wish we stayed somewhere else.
