Summit Hotel Naga

Needs more improvement on room facilities and services. No information provided on the hotel facilities, city guide, etc.

It has potential, but there were a few kinks. Like when we entered the first room we were assigned, the tv was on, the hand towel had lipstick stains and there was a shopping cart next to the bed - my conclusion is the room may have alrwdy been assigned or the oreviosu occupants have not checked out yet. Also, the next room we got didn't close properly and we jus realized that it was still open when we got back. The good news is, nothing was lost so I am left with faith on the honesty of Bicolanos. The safe was locked though so we weren't able to use it. When we went for dinner, almost all the items we wanted to try weren't available. Otherwise, it was still a pleasant stay, value for money for it's convenience, room type and comfort.

The staffs was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Mam Geri, Mam May, Ms. Ruth and Sir Melvin for accomodating us very well, thanks also to chef for the best tasting food and for the complimentary fruits. We will definitely come back again soon to dine, such an amazing experience. ☺️

The staff are very nice! Special mention to Ms. Angelina Pareja who assisted us pwd's without hesistant and always wear her smile.

Super nice hotel! Great hotel and everything was nice, me and my co participants would surely choose again next time, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they are willing to help with smile specially Ms. Hersen Bomalay the staff that assigned in our table.

Every aspect of the hotel, from its breathtaking natural surroundings to its superb service and amenities, is intended to provide guests with an amazing experience. A beautiful hotel with pleasant staff and excellent service. Food is very satisfying. I strongly suggest it and can't wait to return to this lovely hotel.

Happily stay here at Summit especially in Cafe summit because of the services rendered to me most especially this kind and beautiful people Ms.Meryline, Ms. Elaine, Ms. Mirasol & Marc they are so kind to me that why I chose to extend my stay...

The staff at Cafe Summit were very accommodating especially miss Angelina Pareja who assisted me with the menu. My order was also served immediately which made my experience a lot better. Thank you summit hotel naga, will come back again to try other food items :))
