The room smelled old and musty. The door didn't seal well, allowing bugs or anything to enter under the door. The food was good, but definitely over priced for that quality of resort. The atmosphere was peaceful and definitely a "jungle" setting, which was unique. Small pools, nice river access. It was a good 1 night stay, but i wouldn't want to stay any longer than that.

Very clean and comfortable. Authentic Costa Rican experience! All-inclusive resort for locals but our reservation did not include meals and it was unclear if continental breakfast was included or not. Either way, the 6am breakfast was not what we think of as continental and it didn't appear open. On-site dining was not as good as other places we have stayed. Would have liked to explore the grounds more but we stayed one (rainy) afternoon and night on our way to the airport for departure. Promising, and perhaps will give it another try.

I liked that the property was surrounded by nature and it was easy to access. Front desk Staff definitely could get better at customer service. Cocktail drinks were really tasty and also food, but it is limited to an schedule. It would be nice if they add like a snack bar.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough for you! This is a small resort that is a perfect setting for a quiet retreat. Wonderful location, tons of wildlife and just a great feel about the place. Please note this is not an upscale resort but it is lovely! One thing we would highly recommend is the skyway walking tour at sunset!!!! This is one of the best tours we have been on and there is a fabulous surprise at the end! Suffice it to say the staff at this hotel go above and beyond! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Beds were hard. No refrigerator

Shower doesn't work, even if you tell them, the staff does nothing.
TV doesn't work.
There are not rules in the pool area.
