Location is nice and pretty. Very calm The room is old fashioned. Breakfast is to much expensive for what you got to eat. I extended my stay because I have to. And I upgrade my room but the was no pressure on the hot water in the shower. The next night they change my room but the room was smaller than what was my room upgraded!!! You can stay there if you have to but I think overall the hotel is overpriced

Slightly out of the way, an old villa down a residential side street. We were at the end of our walk on the Francigena, so any bed is welcome. To be fair, the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom rather tired (gaps between tiles need attention), as was the rest of the building. Fellow travellers had a faulty keycard and a leak in their bedroom). Had an odd vibe, maybe looking for an identity, and not sure if it was a hotel, hostel or B&B, which hasn’t had any attention for the last 20 years. Didn’t feel particularly inviting. Breakfast was mediocre, machine coffee, nothing special.

This is a bit off the beaten path but was a pleasant oasis once we arrived. Rooms were clean and spacious (for Europe); lovely lobby; excellent hostess who spoke good English and was very helpful in finding a restaurant. Would have been nice if they had some free bottled water rather than the vending machine outside the lobby. That detracts a lot from the vibe. Still it’s a very nice place.

Nice and quite place. You need some time to understand how to go to and from Rome Center, but the train station is 3 blocks away, so very soon you star moving with confidence.

Excellent view, 30-45 min driving from central Rome. Really quiet and beautiful

I arrived at the hotel late at night and was pleased to find the key left at the front desk. However, I really wish the air conditioner in the room worked. Also, the hotel is fairly far from anything in the Rome with your only option into town being a bus. The problem with being in a remote area is the lack of food options. Breakfast in the hotel is 4 euros for a croissant + coffee or 10 euros for pastries and a coffee. Really wish they had anything related to a traditional breakfast (e.g. meat, cheese, eggs.). Wi-fi was sporadic at best, but the employees were great!

Hotel located on the outskirts of Rome, the Giustiniana near the hospitals but a stone's throw from the center basically located in a very quiet residential park with secure parking offers rooms that are not very large but functional, adequate cleanliness and so far the positive notes! Breakfast not sufficient in my opinion and poorly explained! very kind staff very friendly but not very present as everything is managed with codes therefore independently from Bed & Breakfast As I was saying I would change the name from resort to B&B more suited to the location and service Overall for the prices of Rome and on average perhaps a In a bit above For business travelers it is interesting but I wouldn't stay longer

We spent 3 nights in this property, the hotel overall is nice, a villa in a private park, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, with secure parking, which is a very positive thing. The rooms are spacious. The only thing I didn't like is the carpet, dated, worn at times, I think the structure needs a refresh, even in the bathrooms, ours had a bathtub with a plastic curtain and the toilet was too attached to the sink . One evening we couldn't take a shower because there was no water, we communicated this to the owner the following morning (since from 4pm there is no longer any staff at the reception). I would have expected a little attention on the bill when leaving or at least an offer of a coffee, but this was not the case. It's the details that make the difference!

The bathroom is very small. The shower falls off and the water temperature is not constant, going from cold to boiling. The toilet is facing the edge of the sink which prevents you from sitting up straight. I imagine it would be impossible for an obese person or someone with movement difficulties. There is no wifi in the room. The bedroom floor is carpeted
