"We arrived at Hotel Bissolati for a three-night stay in Rome, having booked a Superior Deluxe room for our family of four. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were assigned a very small room with extremely limited space, making it difficult for our family to move around comfortably. When we inquired about upgrading to a larger room, we were told that no larger rooms were available. To address the inconvenience, the hotel offered us an additional room free of charge for the night. We used this room primarily to store our luggage, as there was insufficient space in our assigned room. However, the following day, we were informed that we would be charged a €105 cleaning fee simply because the shower had been used. This was surprising and disappointing, as we had been explicitly told the room was complimentary. We also requested to review the bill before any charges were processed to our credit card, but the staff refused to allow us to do so. This lack of transparency was extremely concerning. When we questioned the cleaning fee and attempted to discuss the situation, the staff became argumentative and unprofessional. This was particularly disappointing given that this was our third stay at the hotel. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned on the second night of our stay. Due to the poor service and lack of professionalism, we decided to check out early. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The staff were unaccommodating, communication was unclear, and the overall level of customer service fell far below expectations."

While the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate. The gym features high-end Italian equipment, and for breakfast, you can order a hot dish in addition to the buffet, plus unlimited coffee. The location is also excellent; having a car makes getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!"

Go straight for about two blocks to the bustling main road, the Vatican is within walking distance, and the distance is slightly challenging for young children. The hotel is very clean, hot water can be burned in the public area, toast, coffee, tea bags are free. The service was very good, the flight was late, and the front desk gentleman waited until nearly 11 pm."
