"Truly loved the location of this hotel which is very near Roma Termini where we arrived by airport bus. The receptionist Ms Jasmine was very warm and friendly. She responded to all our queries patiently and professionally. Our room decor was of old fashioned but the quality sleep and shower experience was not affected. We slept very well despite little noises from restaurant patrons downstairs. There are many great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our dining and shopping experience very much, all within a short and safe walking distance from our hotel. The breakfast variety was great as well. Thank you very much Hotel Luce. You made our holiday in Rome extra lovely and memorable!"

"Pros: - Green location - Quiet - Elegant - Pool - Large indoor parking lot (this is a major plus for those traveling by car) - Large room with a desk Improvements: - Poor maintenance: Water struggled to drain into the bathroom sink - Bathtub panel leaked, causing flooding and a slippery slope (a shower would be much better) - Dead plants in the gutters above the pool - Crumbling grouting under the pool deck - Loud noise from the pool filter holes: the plastic nozzles rattled - Few power outlets in the room for charging your phone - Air conditioning difficult to adjust (either on or off) - Pool opening hours could be extended in July and August (perhaps 9:30 instead of 10:00) Facilities: A pleasant property that could be significantly improved with a little maintenance. Being somewhat isolated, it is not suitable for those who do not travel by car."
