Hotel Champagne Palace ★★★
"The hotel in Rome was very comfortable and conveniently located, with easy access to all the main attractions. The room had air conditioning, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also appreciated that they offered complimentary luggage storage, so there were no extra costs. Having public transportation nearby was another great advantage."

"The hotel is well located, close to Roma Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele II Square, where you can take the metro to anywhere in the city. On foot we went to the Basilica of Saint Clement and the Coliseum. The bed is big and comfortable and the room is spacious and everything is very clean. The service is very good."

Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina ★★★★
"The room was small, but the soundproofing was absolutely terrible. I was staying with my 15-year-old daughter, and the foreigners next door were incredibly 'open' – the sounds were practically a live broadcast. We could hear every single word they said, which was incredibly awkward! Families with children should definitely think twice before booking here."

"Please read: Do not book this hotel especially if you are a girl. It doesn't look like its photos. 1. Receptionists are very unwelcome, I arrived earlier at night asked for early checkin possibilities, they told me to wait untill 8AM cuz there is no available room, I spent 4 hours on the sofa then asked them again they told me there is no free room if you want a room you need to pay 60€, if there was option to stay early checking with extra charge why I spent whole night in the sofa????? They were angry and not willing to help! 2. Location is bad, very dark outside, no humanity and only homeless people nearby. No food places nearby, far from everything especially when its traffic hour. Don't trust google maps in Italy for transportation better download moovit app 3. Breakfast is veery poor 4. AC is very poor 5. The only good thing is that room wasn't that small 6. Cleaning- so so"

Hotel Camelia ★★★
"This was the last hotel I stayed at during my European trip, spending 3 nights and 4 days in Rome. It was so convenient to find, especially on a hot day, as it's right near the train station. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for famous spots around Rome. It felt very safe with a police station nearby, and transportation to anywhere in the city was a breeze. The air conditioning was so powerful it was almost cold (which was actually the best part!). While there might be some minor drawbacks if you really looked for them, I had a very satisfying stay. I experienced a truly satisfying accommodation in the charming city of Rome. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again. (Plus, there were many great restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which was a huge bonus!)"

Hotel San Valentino ★★★
"The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and booked last minute. They held our luggage in the morning while we explored the area and went for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, spacious and clean and the room is spacious with high ceilings. There is a bar and restaurant a minutes walk away that is reasonably priced. We got a bottle of Prosecco for €20. There is also 2 very popular bakery’s a 5 minute walk away. Great for breakfast, we spent around €5 per person. It cost €14 to get a taxi to centre and 15 mins during Saturday morning traffic (10am}. If you’ve traveled around Asia the rooms will seem very poor. I get the aesthetic is partly to keep with “Old Rome” but there were basics that didn’t look maintained such as pipe from toilet fixture leaking and the shower basin not draining. There is also only 2 plug sockets in the room, 1 by the bed the other by the radiator. The walls are very thin so bring ear plugs as you’ll hear peoples alarms go off and bin collection in the morning. If you’re traveling on a budget I think it’s a nice stay you’ll just have to factor in travel costs to and from the centre or rent a scooter."

"A wonderful hotel for its price range. We've stayed at 3 different hotels near Termini Station, and this one is the best. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed in a ground-floor room facing the street, and it was quiet. The staff was friendly, and they even let us check in early."
