"It was amazing! They helped a lot and were there when we needed them, and also the room was super clean. The outside was quiet so we got amazing sleep. They have an ironing room so I could iron my clothes and they had compatible power outlets for chargers so we didn’t need anything else. I definitely recommend staying here , thanks again for everything !"

Raeli Hotel Noto ★★★

📍 Via Calatafimi, 12, Castro Pretorio, Rome

"I want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time."

Room Santa Maria Maggiore

Room Santa Maria Maggiore ★★★

📍 Via Giovanni Amendola, 77, Esquilino, Rome

Raeli Hotel Luce

Raeli Hotel Luce ★★★★

📍 Via Magenta, 34, Castro Pretorio, Rome

"Truly loved the location of this hotel which is very near Roma Termini where we arrived by airport bus. The receptionist Ms Jasmine was very warm and friendly. She responded to all our queries patiently and professionally. Our room decor was of old fashioned but the quality sleep and shower experience was not affected. We slept very well despite little noises from restaurant patrons downstairs. There are many great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our dining and shopping experience very much, all within a short and safe walking distance from our hotel. The breakfast variety was great as well. Thank you very much Hotel Luce. You made our holiday in Rome extra lovely and memorable!"

"Comfortable and had everything you would need. Close enough to the central station but not to any of the major attractions. Easy bus or subway ride though. Mediocre restaurants nearby and did not feel like the best neighborhood."

Hotel Impero Rome ★★★
"My friend and I traveled to Rome, and we were a little apprehensive. But the pleasant surprise of meeting such kind and friendly people, the amazing room they gave us with a little terrace, made our stay unforgettable. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning staff, always smiling, made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back. Thank you, Hotel Impero, for everything! 🙏🙏🙏"

"Not a bad hotel for the price. It's close to the train station, and all the main attractions are about a 30-minute walk away. Breakfast is Italian style, with tasty coffee and pastries. The interior is a bit dated, but nothing too critical."

Room Santa Maria Maggiore ★★★
"The room was quite spacious and had a kettle. The location is good, very convenient to walk to the train station. However, the sign outside the entrance isn't very clear. There are several hotels sharing one entrance, and this one only showed a 'room' sign, which was a bit confusing at first."

Best Western Plus Hotel Universo ★★★★
"This hotel was the most expensive during my trip to Italy, yet the room was small and the soundproofing was terrible – I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. It's about an 8-9 minute walk from the train station, which is its only real advantage in terms of convenience."

"It's actually a guesthouse with a small entrance. Since it's not a 24-hour front desk, if the door is closed when you arrive, you can call the phone number next to the door and tell them you've arrived but can't get in. The owner will have the housekeeper open the door. The guesthouse is quite new and very close to People's Square, with a subway station right next door. Overall, it's quite good value for money."

"Good location. Just 3 minutes walk from Roma Termini. Plenty of decent restaurante around the area. The facilities of hotel are a bit run-down, but the cleanliness is still at best. Good wifi. A lot of staffs with ability to speak english and with good service-mind. Not quite reach 4 stars level however at the amount of money you paid for is reasonable for a hotel in Rome."
