Stayed for five nights with a friend, the first room we had was very disappointing. The bidet and toilet faced each other with only a 6 inch gap between, and both were only about 10 inches from the bath, making getting out of the shower very hazardous. After complaining, we were given a much better room. The cleaning of the rooms was not particularly good, we found hairs in the bath on arrival, and we had no towels on one day. However, the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre, but plentiful. The hotel is situated very conveniently for the centre of Jerez within walking distance of the train and bus stations and only 10 minutes from both the Cathedral and Gonzalez Byass bodegas.

Very quaint small town off the beaten track. Close to Trujillo, Carceras and Monfrague park.

It’s very central location and easy to access restaurants and bars. The Hotel has very powerful showers, however the inside hotel need to be modernised, refurbished and have to be up to date everything.

Estuve desde el 18 al 23 de marzo 2024,el hotel sucio reclamé por la habitación sucia y bajo a recepción una camarera de piso a insultarme delante de todo el grupo 19personas , me cambian de habitación la cual aún peor hasta vómitos había en la terraza, llamé a la recepcionista para que subiera,viera todo sucio taza con restos de otras personas pelos galletas y demás en toda la habitación, relleno nórdico roto, toalla grande rota, al final llamé a cntravel y no me soluciona nada toca ahora iniciar tramites legales por daños y perjuicios no lo recomiendo para nada , no trabajen con el , en el buffet la loza con etiquetas originales y sin lavar
