This is a fantastic hotel. The service was excellent. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the bathrobes and the high quality towels and linens. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely return.

We had a fantastic time at LAH. It was truly a differentiated experience. The house itself is lovely! It is well-located on a hill in a place that has a great view and is far enough from the louder/busier parts of town, but also close enough to walk or take a quick shuttle from the hotel. The breakfast was great too. However, what stood out the most about this incredible experience was the service of the staff. They were super friendly, extremely professional, and there was always someone to help us. We really loved our experience!

This boutique hotel in Campos do Jordao is a hidden gem. It's perched on a hill at Capivari neighborhood. I traveled with my elderly mom, my brother and daughter to celebrate her 80th birthday. The facility is truly wonderful, understated luxury. The service was top notch, the bedrooms were very comfortable. A few highlights: - Available car rides downtown or simply down the hill - this was super helfpul. - Charming facility, modern traditional - you'll see the rustic in the deck, in the exposed wood frames, with comfortable chairs and antique china - Delicious breakfast and turn down service - chocolates and a personal note every night - Very helpful concierge service giving us excellent input on gourmet restaurants, parks, other activities in town - Caring and professional staff (all of them!) If you're in Campos do Jordao and want to relax in style, this is the place.

Atendimento excepcional; sugestão de melhorias Local muito bonito e agradável. A equipe é muito educada e presta um atendimento primoroso. Café da manhã requintado e muito gostoso.
