Great place to stay with included breakfast. We were canceled from our hotel last minute, and this was a great deal and much better than the one we had booked. Really enjoyed the stay and the view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

Nice place to stay. Comfortable with an okay pool. Not the best option if you want to be right at the beach but not an issue if you have how to move around.

Awesome, modern, spacious apartment style hotel rooms. The location sucks though, there isn’t much to do around there. You need a car. The public bus barely goes this far down the Hotel Zone

Breakfast is too basic! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! It takes about 25 minutes to drive from the core of the hotel area! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Although the hotel does not have a beach or sea, the view from the top floor of the hotel is also beautiful. The hotel has two swimming pools. The meals are also pretty good. The room is quite large, with a balcony, a kitchenette, and a reception area.

The hotel is actually not in the Cancun hotel zone. There is nothing nearby. There is a shuttle bus out there, one way, but no return to the hotel. You have to take a taxi to go to the beach mall or whatever. inconvenient. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was average with fewer dishes than breakfast. We had dinner and it was said to be a buffet with only a few varieties and the taste was not very good. The hotel chair was not stable and I fell. The hotel service is just okay. I will not stay at this hotel again when I go to Cancun.

Nice friendly staff and clean food

The sanitation of the hotel is not very good. There is only half a glass in the shower, and the water can easily splash out and wet the outside. The breakfast is average, there are a lot of people, the front desk always makes mistakes, it has already been paid online, and it also says that it needs to pay.

The room was spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast was very messy, lots of uneaten food / plates and the seating areas were often not clean.

It's good, but not the best. This is a good option if you have a car, otherwise it's quite far from the last bus stop (Westin) to take you through the hotel area for $12mxn. Service was good, but very bad at the food/restaurant bar, nothing but hot dogs, just over 1 hour, and the next day they only had very salty steak tacos. The facilities are good because they are new. Nice room with terrace (if you have a room on the ground floor you can't see anything but bushes) and not close to the beach.
