And especially the Korean concierge, Jeha, just carries it hard,, I had some trouble with the taxi, but he helped me right away and made it so that I could take care of it when I got to Koreaㅠ ㅠ Even without asking, he packed a lunch for me because the airport food was bad and expensive, and he was just the best.. .💗 We'll go again when our 10th anniversary comes!"

"Excellent value for money. Located in downtown Cancun, with supermarkets and convenience stores downstairs and large shopping malls nearby. Parking is only 120 Mexican pesos all-inclusive, regardless of the number of days or visits during a single stay. Simply park your car in front of the hotel, and staff will help you park it. To retrieve your car, just wait at the hotel entrance, and staff will bring it to you. The downside is that the hotel's laundry service signage is unclear, and even after asking the hotel staff, they didn't know where to start, wasting a lot of time and ultimately not being able to do my laundry."

"The room was quite spacious, and the food at oiishi was delicious. I made reservations twice, and after 9:30 PM, you can just walk in! The only downside is the reservation system itself – you have to set an alarm for 9 AM to book, and spots are gone within nine minutes. Another issue is that the hotel is a bit far from the beach, requiring a shuttle bus, which meant I only made it to the beach once in three days, haha. The hotel service was excellent overall, and the room service at night was really good! Remember to tip them around $5, and your room will be super clean! Lastly, bring some throat lozenges. It might be the hotel's water, but my throat felt uncomfortable every time I drank something, so I ended up spending a fortune on throat medicine, haha."

The Sens Cancun by Oasis - All Inclusive
"We just left The Sens Cancún. It is a resort suites for young families. We had two seventeen year olds and there was not enough to do for them. There are no tennis courts or basketball. Just beach volleyball. The oasis beside the Sens was the only spot for some daytime games. Not as much as we are use to at resorts. It is relatively small as well. The room we had was modern and clean. There are limited balcony's as well. The a la cart restaurants were good. You must use the app. Get help from an employee as it can be tricky. You book a request then await a response. But you need to watch your phone for the response. You can only book two or three days ahead. The morning buffet was great. The lunch beach restaurant on the Sens side was great. There is no disco at all. There is a bar at night at the front of the resort but no where to dance. The beach is at the entrance of a marina which we were ok with because we liked watching the boats. But does take away from tropical feel. They need more staff for the bars and buffets. At times there were long waits. Every single employee was really nice, all the time. Price was ok for the experience. But we prefer more exciting larger resorts. It's a preference for sure. Jerry was great."
