Nice Hotel in a good location, a nice organized summer destination with long Mediterranean beach, But the best in Caorle...... Claudia the Hotel friendly manager on site, she took really good care of the Portuguese Duathlon team participating in the European Championship, we can only say thank you for all your help, you have been there all the time helping finding solutions for all our needs, working from morning till night every single day of our stay and always with a smile and the most friendly approach, Claudia is amazing asset for the Hotel experience.

Staff not very friendly, there is no good morning, no good evening, breakfast poor, when unlocking everything cold, breakfast rolls old, room very built up, box is in a niche, you can hardly put clothes in let alone take them out.

We stayed two nights midweek. Reservation on Booking where once we had chosen the room we went to view it, excellent photo of the large room and bathroom... unfortunately, however, upon our arrival they gave us a small room (from the size it looked like a single) with a mini bathroom... given the price paid of 385.00 …among other things, I had indicated in the booking that I had a small dog (there were no prices indicated for animals) I thought it was already included and instead they requested an additional 20 euros…. Let me start by saying that my dog is little more than a flea!!! We also had an inconvenience, we unloaded the bags/suitcases at the reception, we went out to get the others and we realized that the bag containing the accessories for the music on the boat (ipad speaker...) had disappeared, we pointed this out to the hotel staff who rudely replied that they knew nothing about it and did nothing to help us!!! Never to return again!!!! Rudeness reigns supreme. A pair

The password was no! We asked, after seeing the room (you could not reach the other side of the bed except with the crab step .... 20cm between bed and wall), to change it also with a higher class one. At first we were told that there was availability, after 5 minutes no! On the beach surrounded by families with small children, we were on vacation too, we asked to be moved to the last row but we were obviously told no! Checkin only after 2pm, checkout no later than 10am. Luggage storage at the bar, without checks and checks. Zero information on the use of bikes or bracelet to close the safe on the beach, reception does not exist. Girl, inexperienced and rude. Fridge in the room not working, reported but in 4 days no one was seen to fix it. 1 star breakfast. Cappuccino and coffee with dispenser, we won't be back. Positive note, central location, facing the sea.

A hotel that offers you refurbished rooms, but some details are missing! Definitely the location is excellent and that's a big plus! However, if you are not an "after" type, sleeping is a bit difficult, until the disco in front of you 10 meters away closes. The breakfast has a fairly large choice. Overall, the hotel is one of the few I would return to here in Caorle. Another plus point is the courtesy of the staff!

Totally refurbished hotel. Very nice and welcoming. good breakfast and beautiful seafront location. Friendly staff, very clean. I recommend it for short and long stays. I suggest booking directly from the site

Camere senza riscaldamento e non ne eravamo a conoscenza fino a quando non abbiamo chiesto perché non riuscissimo a farlo partire. Non vi era neanche la coperta in camera. I nostri amici hanno trovato in camera scarafaggi ( non 1, 2 o 3). E quando sono stati portati alla conoscenza, non vi è stato neanche un "ci dispiace" ma in compenso un bel "e va bhe" Portafinestra che non si chiude, ma si appoggia solamente. Bagno piccolo e scomodo, per accendere la luce devi entrare, chiudere la porta e così riesci ad arrivare all'interruttore. Sconsigliamo vivamente il soggiorno qui.

Relativ neu renoviert und sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer samt Bad ganz ok entsprechend einem 3 Sterne Standard. Frühstück würden wir leider nur mittelmäßig bewerten da der Kaffee nicht wirklich schmeckt ubd auch die Qualität der gebotenen Wurstsorten nicht optimal ist. Alles in allem ein solides 3 Sterne Hotel
