The worst hotel I have stepped foot into. TUI were a disgrace and still to this day have not refunded or compensated for our trip. Continuously passed the issue from pillar to post and basically mis-sold and represented this hotel both verbally and in their literature. The Hotel Managers were understanding and most helpful but IF booking through TUI (and I suggest from experience you DO NOT!) then the hotel is nothing like the brochure. Basically very basic (no facilities) rustic and VERY casual and more like a camping establishment. We had damp, mold, air conditioning did not work, unkempt gardens, restaurant closed very early and no room service available......I could go on! Place in need of refurbishment etc. Moved internally to a another hotel in the chain (no help from TUI and had to pay the uplift even though online and recorded calls the representative said NO COST) Torre Cintola was also 4* but 5* in comparison in terms of ALL aspects.

I do not recommend. We stayed in one of the rooms away from the main building. The room was musty smelling. We could not turn the air conditioner below 26 degrees Celsius. There was no WI-FI in our room and we had to go back to the main building to access the Internet. There were no toiletries other than soap. Bedding was worn out. The room felt unsafe because we had to open the window since the room was so warm and our room was on the ground level. The pool looked nice but didn’t open as scheduled. Food was ok but didn’t look like the pictures.

We had an amazing company trip in the resort thanks to Rosanna, Angelo and all their amazing team and entertainment crew. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating, they organised dozens of transfers for all of us and ensured we always had everything we needed. I'd recommend everyone to bring their teams (or of course families and friends) here, have a relaxing time at the pool and private beach, and great fun thanks to the entertainment team and themed nights. Grazie mille!

There’s a slightly old-fashioned feeling to this hotel, though this is mainly a good thing. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are wonderful; the food is excellent and the swimming pool superb. A decent tennis court too. Rooms are clean and pleasant, but could do with a little updating: air- conditioning was a bit of a mystery and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. New bed covers would easily improve the look of the rooms, though the beds themselves were good.
The area itself is pretty empty and the nearest town with a supermarket seems to be about seven or eight miles away, so you really need a car, and parking at the resort is free and plentiful. Also an easy drive from the airport.
Overall, we had a lovely stay.

2 stars is my rating and this hotel is also worth nothing more. We are passing through and this seemed like a suitable place to spend the night (luckily it was only for one night). Dramatic beds, no WiFi in the room. Swimming cap in the pool and the so-called super breakfast was a huge disappointment. Perhaps a good hotel for people who are used to less luxury, but for 4 stars you expect considerably more. Moreover Staff was not kind and service was poor

Siamo stati ospitati in questo hotel durante una gita scolastica con 90 ragazzi di scuola media La qualità del servizio e la cortesia del personale sono state eccezionali. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, il cibo servito era di alta qualità e vario, soddisfacendo le esigenze di tutti i nostri studenti. Inoltre, l'hotel ha dimostrato grande flessibilità nell'adattarsi alle nostre esigenze specifiche, garantendo che tutto si svolgesse senza intoppi, tutto il personale gentile, accogliente e molto attento alle singole necessità, spazi esterni ben curati e rilassanti.

Struttura molto raccolta, circa 100 camere disponibili, pulita e ricca di verde. Ristorante di buona qualità, scelte limitate ma con prodotti freschi e cucina familiare. Personale sempre cortese, una menzione speciale per Domenico assistente al ristorante. Purtroppo per la cena di Ferragosto c’è stata una certa disorganizzazione ma poi è stata messa una pezza. Camere molto spaziose ma pulizia sicuramente da migliorare. Animazione ben organizzata e con persone di talento. Si consiglia di prenotare escursione e ombrellone alla riserva naturale. Ci sono certamente dei punti da migliorare ma complessivamente una vacanza rilassante, divertente e coinvolgente con famiglia (con bambini di 5 e 10 anni) e amici.

Devo dire che , insieme a mia figlia, ho trascorso una vacanza rilassante. La riserva di Torre Guaceto è un incanto. Il cibo buono ed abbondante. Ho portato con me un ricordo particolarmente caro dei ragazzi dell'animazione: speciali. Nella reception sono stata accolta da una ragazza molto preparata, che mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio, dolcissima: Anna. Un consiglio per migliorare: organizzate qualche uscita serale nei dintorni.

Arriviamo prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in: - ACCOLTI ALLA GRANDE anche se fuori orario trovandoci una soluzione che congeniale per noi. - CAMERA PRONTA SUBITO DOPO PRANZO si offrono di accompagnarci portandoci le valigie ma comprendendo il fatto che avessero cose più immediate da fare rifiutiamo apprezzando il servizio. -ANIMAZIONE presente per la fascia baby fino ai teen, presente altresì per gli adulti ma senza l'oppressione di taluni villaggi. -CIBO buona qualità degna di un 4 stelle, a discapito di recensioni lette che non lo ritengono all'altezza. Buffet servito, quantità abbondanti e personale sempre attento. -MARE cristallino con più di una possibilità di scelta tra la spiaggia in concessione o il servizio navetta gratuito per la riserva -UN SUPER PLAUSO PER LA DIRETTRICE ROSANNA , ATTENTA AD OGNI ESIGENZA DELLA STRUTTURA E PERSONALE.
