Very clean, the price is not too bad, the best part is the cleanliness and the staff has always been really friendly. From front desk, breakfast area and cleaning staff. We’ve stayed here twice now taking and then unpacking our daughter who is at UNC.

Everyone was very professional even when I called before checking in they could smile more and act happy to see you in person. Nice establishment. Bed very comfy, bath very nice, room very quiet neighbors, no door slamming or loud talking. Lobby/breakfast area very nice. Breakfast was ok, chef very nice juice watered down. Eat in pool patio would have been nice if the spider webs were knocked down off tables before guest got up.

There was no one at the front desk to check in. I looked around in the different rooms for an employee, there was no one to be found. As I was calling the hotel, hoping to find one and here comes your employee coming down the hallway from outside with a pizza box on her lap. No hi nothing, she said "what do you need?' I needed to be checked in. She then told me to slide my card and handed me the room card. No thank you, nothing, There is more that happened after this.

This location really wants to make you feel welcomed! Besides the complimentary coffee, teas and hot chocolate that you get at Hampton Inns in general, they also gave you water bottles at check-in, AND they have a tray of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!
Of course, the important part is the room, which is clean and in great condition. There is a refrigerator, but no microwave. Parking was easy, and good location.
My only caveat is I am not a fan of the Hampton Inn barn door design for the bathroom/closet door. (Note: This design is not specific to this location.)

It was close and convenient to where we needed to go for a medical procedure. The property is clean and staff friendly. The suite is a nice spacious room and is a good layout.

Staff worked with us to allow early access to our room so we could prepare for a wedding just a few hours after our arrival in town. Thank you TJ! Everything was clean. It was fairly busy but quiet.
