Never got there booked the night called hotel and told them where I was I was going 77 south but was already passed the hotel that I booked and they told me it was exit 14 but in the other direction which they didn’t say so I ended up having to pay for another hotel because I couldn’t get any one on the phone to see if I could transfer the night to a closer location

Was an easy check in . quiet room . Got a good nights sleep. breakfast was good. Room and property could have been cleaner but over all good one night stay.

This property is very poorly maintained. The pictures are nothing like reality. The room is filthy - bed linens, dust, carpet,... It is a dump. Stay anywhere else.

Killed two bugs on the wall. The toilet did not work and front desked said Maintence does not work on weekend.

Towels are rough. No soap. Had to call for fresh towels. Trash cans not dumped or room tidied up.

This is a run down, semi dirty property and the towels felt like sandpaper. The walls were scarred a d needed paint as well as the furniture. I do mot recommend it. If these are the standards that Quality Inns has, i doubt we will ever stay in this chain again.
