Good location. Super helpful hotel. Very accommodating with holding on to our luggage and helping us with tea at night. We heard the party bus a few times but it magically got quiet when it was time to sleep. Efficient AC. Comfortable bed. The welcome juice is very appreciated! There is no hot water but they warned us many times and we knew about it. The bathroom is a bit run down but we understand it’s an old building. Breakfast could use some improvement (pancakes were very sad). More fruits would be welcome.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews here and the location. The room was very comfortable. The staff was great. The location was prefect ... easy walking to everything, but not noisy at night. I would definitely stay here again. It is true that there is no hot water, but in this climate the cold water is not too cold. After an afternoon of walking around, the shower temperature was just fine.

Great location allowing you to walk to the center of the neighborhood, restaurants and the busiest part. Silent at night. Room number 3 very comfortable, great air conditioning. Warm shower, but given the local heat it's not bothersome. Breakfast always with typical fruits and great juices for starters. On the terrace a Jacuzzi with views of the walls and much of the city! The place sells water and beer at attractive prices. The welcome provided by the attendants is incredible, the place where I felt most comfortable and welcome as a guest.

Excellent service and location. Without any major pretensions we arrived at this boutique hotel, to our surprise the attention provided by Christian, Natalia and the other staff was very cordial and efficient. There are details to improve in the rooms, however the good price makes one quickly forget it. They do not provide hot water, in our opinion, it is not needed. We bathe comfortably without problems both in the morning and at night. Recommended.

Little family hotel very well managed by its owner and his entire team who make your stay very pleasant. It has air conditioning, large beds and a jacuzzi on the terrace. The location is unbeatable: two blocks from Plaza Trinidad (the center of the environment in Getsemani), but far enough away, next to the walls, to be able to enjoy a restful sleep.

Experienced enormous hospitality from the entire staff and especially the owner 'Leo' is super customer-friendly. Leo for president; he is the king…! He also welcomed us to his home in Bogota. We welcome him if he ever comes to Utrecht. Rooms with air conditioning. Not very big, but very clean. Nice central and quiet place in the neighborhood. Gracias por todo.
