Location, room size, and room amenities were good. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy. The previous guest's trash was still in the room. The breakfast area was too cold.

Valet parking was convenient, and the staff were professional. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The hotel’s design and concept are impressive and make you feel like you are somewhere other than Casablanca. The overall vibe of the hotel is lovely and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for one night. However, the room design is not very practical, the bathroom lacks privacy in terms of soundproofing and transparency, and the room size is slightly below average compared to other hotels in Morocco.
