Only stayed here for one night for work. Room without infamy and without praise. Sufficient cleaning. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plus. Internal parking.

Well structured hotel, excellent hospitality and staff, average price for a quadruple room but next time I would like to give 5 stars, some small suggestions that I feel like giving so as not to frustrate the enormous sacrifice and work of the staff and to take care a little ' more the small maintenance in the rooms, because as they are they seem dirty and unkempt, all it takes is a little anti-limescale and anti-mold in the showers to make them a little more hygienic, some acid in the drains to make the water flow out and eliminate the bad smells, some plaster touch-ups to eliminate those horrible cracks from the walls, a small restoration of furniture and doors and last but not least, increasing the quality of the breakfast a little with the excellent fresh products of the area, however I personally I would happily return

Positive notes: the friendliness of the staff, all very helpful and patient. Clean linen, bathroom excellently clean and stocked with soap and towels every day. Internal parking. Negative notes: Hotel not suitable for disabled people. Not good restaurant and very low in quantity. The water didn't arrive every day (for 4 days) at the end of the day, except after dinner (therefore impossible to shower before dinner). Mold in the room.

I arrive at the hotel and find a rude boy completely without a shred of WELCOME AND SMILE, I was disliked to the point that as soon as I left the hotel and immediately after returning due to forgetting documents, I found him in my room (without having yet understood the reason ) also breaking the bracelet that was given to me. A double room was converted into a triple by adding a bed and not allowing us to access the services and move around comfortably, to the point of stumbling with our luggage forcibly left on the floor. No wardrobe! Small bathroom full of humidity and with the daisies of the water outlet taken from some rust spots. Air conditioner working, but the opening of a window cannot be placed on the ceiling of the communicating rooms for fear that any animal, mice and cockroaches in particular, would enter. The rest of the staff, however, was more welcoming. I reported from the first night that I would no longer be staying and the same guy replied that he didn't give a damn... he should be fired in my opinion. Breakfast included but there wasn't much room for it apart from two low-fat "Eurospin" yoghurts and biscuits.

I stayed at this property for two nights. Friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious, a little dated, more could be done for cleanliness, TV and air conditioner present in the room, bathroom small and not too clean (limescale on the sanitary fixtures). Breakfast served buffet style on the lower floor, snacks and packaged tarts. Average restaurant, acceptable, generous and pleasant portions. All in all honest. Not so safe area. Recommended if you don't have too many demands.

Really ugly, old, worn, try looking inside the pillows and mattresses!! Breakfast is absurd, you have to go to the basement to eat, go up to the ground floor for coffee, then go back down... paradoxical!! Then they leave the breakfast tables dirty until 10. Really terrible experience!! The only positive thing was the restaurant, not too bad and at a good price.

Comfort and cleanliness very insufficient. Very small rooms with very narrow and small bathroom. Breakfast without service or courtesy and above all very very poor. An experience that will never be repeated. In my opinion the value for money is also high since the hotel does not offer anything worth paying €75 for a double room

I called directly and spoke to Carolina, fixed a room for 4/7/2022 and agreed on the price for €. 50.00. Since the stay was for my son, I asked to be able to pay IN ADVANCE with IBAN, therefore I sent an email (viewable in the review) where I specified the terms of the phone call, obviously including the price which included parking. Carolina's response was verbatim "let's proceed with the booking" (28/6/22 at 12.52pm). Since he hadn't sent me the IBAN, I wrote to him again and in the reply with the IBAN I found the price increased to €. 65.00. I call and Carolina always tells me that she said €. 65 (which is ABSOLUTELY not true as I had a proposal for another accommodation for €55 (definitely nicer), so I fall back on a we didn't understand each other, but when I read my email, if we hadn't understood each other , instead of "let's proceed with the booking" he should have rewritten that the correct price was different, instead I BELIEVE THAT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE GIVEN BAD REVIEWS ARE RIGHT, MOTIVING THEM ON THE INCORRECT BEHAVIOR IN THE PRICE POLICY (they tell you low price and at the time of the bill they increase ); I decide not to argue with these unfair people and immediately cancel the reservation (even if with certain "PEOPLE" it would have been necessary to confirm and then not show up, but in that case I would have put myself on par with their petty behavior despite having stayed there). on another occasion and, despite having found the furnishings dated, I didn't find it bad, but, given the recent reviews, I believe that it is actually A STRUCTURE TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
