Nice place to stay, great location to see Xiamen island, and a friendly host too!

Good location and views but poor overall, unprofessional experience. Despite booking a normal room, was placed in a strange room with little princess and rabbit ear bedframe, a bit creepy unless you are teen girls. We were giving disposable towels instead of real towels, which at this price range, is not acceptable. Worst was trying to arrange luggage storage during check out. Called check in person 1and was told to leave the luggage in the room , with the door open, and someone would come help take it into storage for the day. Very unsecure. Get another call from a different employee after leaving the building that I can't leave my luggage there afterall. Person 2 told me to call person 1 instead of dealing with it between them. After a bunch of back and forth, I went back to retrieve my luggage because of risk it was going to end up stolen or lost. Bad service and unprofessional communication. I do not recommend.
