Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.
Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

Located in the city center. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The disadvantage is that the bell of St. Mary's Church next to it rings every 15 minutes, even in the dead of night; the hotel's free wifi is very restrictive and can only be used once every 24 hours for 30 minutes each time, and the network speed is slow.

This is a very nicely located lodge. The beach and restaurants are all within walking distance however the restaurant and cafe within Travelodge is very good and great value for money. Car parking is next door to the lodge and amazingly it is £5 for twenty four hours. Also museums are there within walking distance. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Visited this travel Lodge recently and it's definitely the most friendly hotel I've ever stayed in ! Sarah the manager on duty at my time of arrival was friendly ,kind and a ray of sunshine on an otherwise pretty bad day! Nothing was too much trouble and she handled my requests perfectly . I'll now be staying here on every visit which is quite often and will be advising my work colleagues to also use this hotel .

Went to the bar for a drink was spoken to by a woman in red shirt and glasses . She was clearly intoxicated and un- professional. Very unhappy with the service. Me, my partner and family members are still upset over this incident, ruined our family reunion for 2024.

Positive - Good location,quiet, ,plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Help yourself to beverage from reception desk. Negative- Dusty in places, shower/gel dispenser broken in bathroom reported it but not repaired. Given shower gel in a plastic cup. No drinking glasses in the bathroom. No hairdryer in room (could borrow one from reception) Put label for replenish of beverages, towels , bin emptying on outside door handle as requested. This wasn't done. Minor things I know but a bit of a sloppy operation.

Just checked in to Swansea Central Travel Lodge 7/4/24. Fantastic service with Rhys. Really helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. I made a mistake with the booking which he sorted immediately with no problem whatsoever. Really pleased. Will definately stay again Thank you!
