The location is superb. It is adjacent to the Cardiff Central train station and not far from the Central market and Cardiff Castle. The check-in and check-out process by front desk are simple and not taking long time.

Let us check in a bit earlier when we requested to just drop off our bags! Glad to have been able to go around Cardiff without having to lug around bags and having had a chance to properly freshen up!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and hygienic, and everything was well-maintained and practical. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Friendly and slick service at Reception on arrival with an excellent central location.
Despite the busy and lively surroundings the sense of calm and quietness is remarkable and provided two very good nights of sleep on a weekend when the nearby city night life was buzzing.

The hotel is very close to the train station (less than 2 mins walk) and the city center.
The staff were very friendly but it seems that they somehow lack of experience. I booked a room on trip.com and had prepaid for the stay. But I was charged again for the stay when I checked out. Thank god trip.com was able to refund from their side.
The room has no window, so only the Air Con provides ventilation. Bathroom can smell sometimes.

Good value budget hotel. Friendly staff, good location next to Cardiff central train station. Rooms are small but this is fine for a short stay.

They kept deducting money from my account, after so much complain, nothing was done until after 2 months, bad customer service too
