This accommodation is in a brilliant location, right near the square in a beautiful, historic building. Despite the city location, we found the room very quiet, and the charming window shutters more than shut out noise and sunshine when needed. The little balcony gave us a delightful street view this and so close to cafes, bars, markets, churches. We were on the top floor but the lift takes you most of the way, with one small flight to walk. Our room was small, but very clean with efficient air-con and tea/coffee making provisions. The bathroom was modern and clean and had a sizeable shower with good pressure. Self check in was so easy and the building and room felt safe and secure. Communication with our host, Roberta was excellent. She was always quick to respond to our messages and was nothing but helpful, accomodating our every need. We wanted to send a big thankyou to her for going above and beyond, especially with our very late arrival to the property. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Accogliente , funzionale e pulitissimo . Roberta di una disponibilità’ e precisione eccelsa . La vista sul Duomo con la festa di Sant’Agata annessa , esperienza indimenticabile. Grazie ed a presto Roberta .

Stavo leggendo la recensione del Sig Leonardo e sono rimasto basito dalle bugie e cattiverie che scrive, noi siamo stati in questo BeB cinque giorni a dicembre e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera era bella con letto comodo la pulizia giornaliera era ok ma soprattutto Roberta è super disponibilissima ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa e ti consiglia sempre le cose migliori da fare per visitare Catania. Quindi consiglio di soggiornare in questo BeB perché vi troverete benissimo e Roberta e sua sorella sono delle persone educate e ospitali, e spero tanto di poter tornare molto presto a Catania e nel loro BeB. Ci siamo malauguratamente trovati a soggiornare (si fa' dire)in questa stanza considerando la metratura che non rispecchia cmq quanto scritto nei vari motori di ricerca Letto scomodissimo materasso tipo montagne russe (riposo assente) pulizia scarsa Bagno emanante puzza di fogna .con nello stesso vari rattoppi con nastro adesivo vedi tavoloccia del wc e phon cmq scadente .. climatizzatore funzionante a rate che anch'esso emanava un brutto odore quando in funzione ASSENZA TOTALE DI ACQUA CALDA !! Risposta della proprietaria!! I clienti sprecano l'acqua??.???? Può capitare ??? Ma scherziamo !!! ho pagato quanto richiesto per avere tale osceno disservizio!! Ascensore che non si ferma al piano Bisogna fare altre scale . DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!

Una sorpresa in quanto lo stabile si affaccia su piazza Duomo. Eccezionale quindi. Basta scendere e tutto a portata di mano, il mercato del pesce è a 30 metri il conosciutissimo bar pasticceria Prestipino(sotto casa). Tre Stelle si trova all' ultimo piano (con ascensore) e questo aiuta ad attutire i rumori dalla piazza essendo questa sempre molto "viva". Oltretutto la finestratura è coibentata ,antirumore. La camera risulta quindi molto silenziosa e confortevole .Tutto molto pulito. I gestori , gentilissimi sono sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza e senza richiesta ma sempre comunque con discrezione , forniscono molte informazioni non solo di Catania di cui abbiamo usufruito . Molto molto molto consigliato. Bravi

ho prenotato una camera con una culla piccola mi sono ritrovato nell’ordine: - una culla smontata, avrei dovuto montarla io - una camera al terzo piano, con un montacarichi che arrivava fino al secondo ma dove non entrava il passeggino - gestrice non si è manco presentata e che alle mie rimostranze mi ha minacciato al telefono Alla fine nonostante la camera pagata sono andato all’Una Hotels con la promessa a me stesso di non andare mai più in B&B per il rischio di trovare situazione incredibili come questa. La cosa che però mi fa più schifo è sapere come vengano trattati i turisti in Sicilia, linfa vitale della terra.

Posizione centrale direttamente su Piazza Duomo vicino a tanti locali e punto ideale per visitare la città. Camere pulite con set di cortesia , bellissima la camera Mimma .Noi non avevamo la colazione ma appena si scende c’è solo l’imbarazzo della scelta per i bar . Noi consigliamo Prestipino Super gentile la proprietaria lo consiglio vivamente di sicuro se torniamo a Catania verremo qui
