Hotels in Chandni Chowk, Central Delhi

It was an truly amazing experience during my stay with them, they are friendly enough to cater your requirements if you're on a professional trip, in my case I needed some prints, iron to press clothes, they even brought my swiggy packages to doorstep. 5/5.

The best thing about the hotel was that it was reasonably priced. The doorman was very nice and friendly. Receptionists were generally friendly, but the female sometimes had a little attitude. I would not book in this location again. This hotel in particular is off a narrow street that is not accessible by car so you have to walk a few minutes to the intersection or 10 minutes to a major intersection because the nearby street is VERY congested all the time. This area is also very densely populated and taxi's take forever to arrive and exit The hotel was not the cleanest. I was not expecting much, but there were a few ants and flying insects in the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I stayed for multiple days and I didn't receive room service once. They did call and ask me once if I wanted it, but that day I had declined. The shower water was not hot (but acceptable warm if turned all the way hot) during the daytime. Only during the evening was the water scalding hot. The shower tile was not angled deep enough or the drain was clogged and there was always about 3-5cm of water pooled at the bottom. The sink was outside in view of the room which was fine, but the faucet is over 40 inches above the basin which caused the water to splash out a lot. The breakfast was ok. The presentation and color was great, but the flavor was lacking.

It was a bit noisy, but I'd attribute that more to the hotel's location, or perhaps just the general urban environment in India, rather than the hotel itself. Things might have been different had I been given a room on the quieter, inner side instead of facing the road. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. For this price point, the level of service was truly exceptional. Overall, despite the noise, I was completely satisfied!

From the pros: the hotel itself is good, the room is clean, there were no problems with water. Of the minuses: Location: you leave the hotel and immediately get into the cycle. It makes no sense to take breakfast: not very tasty and the choice is small.

We arrived at middle of night, the staff was so welcoming. They gave us a family suite but we booked a delux suite. They told us that they will change us tomorrow afternoon. So We went to the room and lie down after shower we saw some bugs running around the bed and on the ground. These bugs come from perished food and bad flesh. So we asked them to change our room and again they put us in a family suite and this time the wifi was so bad and the range had only 1 bar showing. And again we asked them to give the delux room and they changed us. The food is good and the location is not so bad, but i wouldn't be coming here again.

We had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro. Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out. Overall a good stay. We would return.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Dehli. The staff are exceptional, going out their way to make sure you have everything you need. My wife left some clothes in the room and they were kind enough to send it to our hotel in Jaipur. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with great food (huge portions and great prices) and staff. Reception were super helpful and the tour desk had amazing deals for trips. Would definitely stay here again.
