upside: rooms are simple & functional, good for a short stay or a relax respite fm travel/ work, light on the pocket downside: no restaurant Overall: good budget hotel with friendly staff

Location is okay, some street food available outside and Roast coffee shop walking distance from the hotel. Soft beds, good pillows but slow wifi

Very dirty, over priced, noisy and no breakfast. Smelly rooms, wonโ€™t stay here again.

the service is so bad, not kind at all. i thought with the same name as โ€œfaveโ€ it will be kind like otherโ€™s fave around jakarta. but this will be also the last time to choose this hotel.

This is my second experience stay in fave hotel (Zainul arifin), great to stay in this hotel again. The hotel location really help me to go anywhere because strategic location.

This is only hotel with no restaurant. There's no breakfast. The bedroom door was not easy to open, should ask security to help open it.

The room very quiet, feel so comfortable. The staff very friendly too. But I wish the restaurant can be re-open again.

Good location but with all that construction going on the MRT nearby traveling time is longer due to congestion and traffic jams. There is no breakfast provided.
