Locationwise is so strategic for those who like to shop as this hotel located walking distance to 3 famous shopping centre in Jakarta. Room is clean, amenities such as pool, gym and sauna also well maintained and staff here is all so friendly! Thank you Ascott, it was a great stay. Would recommend!

Ascott Jakarta is in a prime location, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. A few minutes walk to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia. The hotel features an old English-style interior, which gives it a classic vibe.
I stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge and cooking essentials—perfect for longer stays. Toileteries, towels, slippers are also available in the rooms.
This hotel is a pet-friendly, as I saw someone with a puppy during my visit. I hope Ascott did separating rooms specifically for guests with pets.
The lobby is on the smaller side, but it’s acceptable since it's not overly crowded. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better.
Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for both short and extended stays.

This wasn’t our first stay at Ascott Jakarta, and as always, we had a wonderful experience. As a family with a young child, we truly appreciate the excellent service provided. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist us. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance of shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for dining and entertainment.
That said, the hotel has been around for quite some time, and some areas feel a bit run-down. We also noticed a slight smell whenever we turned on the water. However, these were minor issues, and overall, our stay was still enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

Stayed here with family in the 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and well-designed, with we had a great stay.
The location of the hotel is top-notch. It is very central and within walking distance to a lot of the major malls - so shopping and food are all within very easy reach.
Breakfast can be improved, as there weren't many options available.
Will stay here again on my next trip!
