Really clean and welcoming hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are a strong point, everything is well designed for a short holiday, otherwise the breakfast is also in line, the only flaw is the lack of a ventilation system in the rooms.

We stayed here from 5 to 11 August, overnight stay + breakfast included. We are a couple. First of all, a really good welcome, everyone at the reception was kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel looks like in the photos, the same for the rooms. Excellent cleanliness, and wonderful housekeepers. I thank them one by one! I would like to thank the restaurant manager, who accompanied us for 5 evenings during dinner. It's wonderful!! Very kind and really nice and above all precise in what he does, a smart guy here!! In addition also Dilan, the waiter who made me a spectacular coffee every morning (p.s hello, I'm the girl in the black dress you always made "coffee" for 🤣) They are all truly splendid, but these two people deserve it! Excellent 5 star food and spectacular breakfast!! Rating 10. Highly recommended. You have to organize yourself for parking and the center which is a bit away. For the rest highly recommended!! for those who judge the cleanliness (I have seen absurd things in the reviews), simply point it out to the cleaners and you will notice that they will be more careful in cleaning, it can happen that sometimes some dust escapes. Let's always put ourselves in their shoes as they do various crazy things a day! Hotel to avoid checking your consumption because they charged us for drinks when we didn't even have dinner on site 600 euros just for drinks for 4 days too much. The meals are just passable the breakfast no more bread at 8:45 a.m. in short they take the tourists for fools

Hotel in a quiet area where we pleasantly stayed for the first time, located a few steps from the beach. Common spaces - hall and restaurant - very well-kept, tidy and clean. Overly professional, I would say detached, reception staff. Check-in if done at the hotel has an unjustifiable cost of 5 Euros per guest, but doing it online via a link sent by the hotel and which we used is very quick and really helps to avoid wasting time for registration. Very comfortable I would say!!! I would call it a plus. Limited parking inside the hotel and not bookable but in September finding parking has never been a problem. Free bike rental service (first 2 hours) very convenient for reaching the Cesenatico canal - which is worth a visit - or the streets of the centre; however, no additional expense was credited to us for exceeding the timetable, evidently due to the availability of bikes compared to the request. Our double room, on the second floor, pleasantly overlooked the main street, with a balcony - table and chairs -; room of just sufficient size but equipped with every comfort - TV and minibar. The air conditioning of the room was absolutely perfect, as was the cleanliness, always taken care of in the morning. We stayed all inclusive. Varied breakfast: sweet with cakes and croissants of all kinds and savory, with cold cuts and cheeses. Well-packaged lunch and dinner, with an always different appetizer served at the table (a choice that I find excellent for a whole series of reasons and above all the hygienic one), first and second course with a choice of meat or fish, dessert for dinner and fruit for lunch - always conveniently served. Right portions. Well done to the chefs and the very good restaurant staff, very young and always ready to accommodate any extra requests with kindness and professionalism. The excellent beach service a stone's throw from the hotel, with very kind managers and, yes, with a lively Romagna friendliness. It is a hotel, as already written previously, which deserves a full 5 stars where the small imperfections, even if they exist, are canceled out thanks to the pleasure and tranquility of the stay as well as, but not least, for the truly minimal price obviously in of the offer. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff!!!

One day before arriving at the facility, an email arrives to check in online, otherwise I will have to pay €5 per person, from when do you pay for check in and then in September?? Parking payment in September of €10 per day, the four-legged friend who is welcome payment of €10 per day. I don't want to describe the furniture, the showers and so on as it is a structure from the 70s, but only two aspects should be modified: The food is terrible, nothing to do with the typical Romagna welcome, dishes prepared some time in advance and reheated , I witnessed a dish being refused and served to another table. Bottled water comes from the tap!! And it is offered at the same price as a closed PET bottle. Breakfast offers millions of croissants and cakes but they are old and several days old. The bed mattress in the room is very uncomfortable with non-existent pillows.

We arrived and the sink in the room was blocked... repaired twice at our request. The rooms are small and stuffy. Beautiful location surrounded by greenery. Excellent cleaning. And so far we are. Welcome not in the cold Romagna style. Bad food with related gastrointestinal discomfort. Not available in customer requests. Never had such a bad meal, ruined a holiday.

Let's start with the good things, the location is excellent for the free or equipped beach, for better or worse you can find parking quite close and the excellent breakfast cakes. Unfortunately the good things end here. Before I even arrived I received an email informing me to check in online, under penalty of a €5 "fine" if I dared to do so at the hotel. We booked 6 nights full board. We asked if it was possible to have sandwiches instead of the hotel meal for two days for lunch, we were told "ah yes yes the lunch box!" so we mistakenly assumed it wouldn't be a problem. Both times we had to chase the staff and ask several times if the lunch box was ready before receiving it at the breakfast table. Furthermore, we also decided to skip dinner (obviously booked the day before) but the meal was not deducted from the final bill. The meals were all excessively elaborate and not always successful. No buffet for side dishes and starters. I wouldn't have anything to say about breakfast, the cakes as already mentioned were good and there was a good choice of savory options too, but that damned coffee machine was terrifying. In all the hotels I have ever stayed in, in addition to the coffee from the machine, a "real" coffee or cappuccino was still offered, in this case, even if taken during breakfast, it was charged to the bill, this is unacceptable if the alternative it is made patently undrinkable. Let's move on to the rooms. I realize that I didn't pay for a luxury hotel so I can't say anything about the furnishings, but I would recommend the owners to sleep for a night in each of their rooms, just to understand what can be improved. The mattresses are very hard and the pillows too low, when we asked for two more we never saw them arrive. Plus mine was convex in the center, horrible. The bathroom drain was broken and they "fixed" it, the small one no longer worked and the large one had to be checked to make sure it stopped draining. I didn't have the courage to call back to have it fixed permanently, I figured that was the best they could offer. What can I say, I don't completely advise against it because I've seen worse, but know that a more Ligurian than Romagna welcome awaits you.
