I book this hotel due to an emergency and therefore without paying too much attention to the photos and reviews. I arrive and find a disappointing, obsolete room, worse than a 1950s motel .... in my case I stayed in a quadruple room, double bed and bunk bed. This, in addition to not being equipped with protection for children, consists of an iron structure, with old, noisy nets and wooden tablets designed to reinforce the upper floor. The wardrobe has half-wrecked drawers, the air conditioner which is actually like a good fan, is a pre-war heirloom! In fact at the reception they tell me not to open the windows at all otherwise it could get stuck with a simple draft! But that's not all and the time has come to choose: die of heat and leave it off or hope to cool off while agreeing to sleep as if there were a washing machine centrifuge in the room! But the gem is the bathroom: the room is divided by a plastic curtain, as it is not equipped with a shower cabin and the drain is directly on the floor. The problem is that inside the part used as a "shower" there is also the bidet which therefore gets completely wet when you use the water jet from the shower which, at the same time, also wets the door of the room itself, already drenched because inevitably over the years it has become soaked too many times. Finally, I would also add that the walls are probably too thin and therefore if the guest in the next room makes nocturnal noises (farting, sneezing, coughing and so on) they will all be heard. Nothing to say regarding the cleaning of sheets and towels, everything is ok. But the change does not take place every day unless you pay a supplement! Ah, if you have long hair and you don't have much time to dry it, avoid washing it because the hair dryer is prehistoric and takes a long time! For the price paid, I honestly didn't expect a five star but more modern furnishings and not centuries old and a paint job on the walls for hygiene and beauty would have been welcome! New, albeit cheap, furnishings would suffice. Even the bedroom doors are retro, with old-fashioned keys and knobs. Let's say that the hotel has remained in the style of the 1987 film "Rimini Rimini". Moral of the story: the hotel deserves one star and not three and I assure you that for the same price you will find better ones in the area! Last note: although the staff, although immediately informed of the disappoin**ent and disappoin**ent, did not show any kindness in accommodating me, perhaps including breakfast in the price which would have been a pampering for the unsatisfied guest... courtesy towards the customer is worth more than anything else and can, at times, turn a blind eye to the objective flaws of this "embarrassing" hotel to say the least. I am attaching photos of the details.
