Me,my husband n my son like to stay here.hotel is near pudong airport n also disneyland. Hotel have shuttle bus to sending us to the disneyland and pick u up to the hotel again. very recommended hotel..room that we book also large n very comfortable..staff hotel are very nice n helpful.love it.

This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. Spacious and cozy rooms, there are all the amenities. Good location and free transfer from the airport. Friendly staff. Some points have not been finalized: I have not received information about the transfer, namely where and at what time I can take a transfer from the airport. I needed the help of an airport employee to call the hotel and clarify the information about free transfer from the airport Pudong (Upper floor, exit 29 if Terminal 2). I arrived at the hotel late and went to bed after two o'clock in the morning. It was not very pleasant to find a dirty sheet in stains and long black hair on the floor. The rest is a great hotel. I recommend this hotel

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Hotel shuttle bus is very nice, driver has great communication with the Customer. Breakfast is delicious, highly recommend!

Near to airport (less than 20mins) and Disneyland (20mins) Free pick up and drop off from airport to hotel, vice versa 👍 Free pick up and drop off from hotel to Disneyland ,vice versa🫶 The hotel lobby smells good. 👍 The room was neat and clean but there’s a bit smell of cement (cuz the hotel renovated last year) but that’s bearable. 👌 You can hear the noise outside when someone’s talking, but not totally the noise of running vehicles outside. The staffs are approachable , the breakfast buffet was great 👍😻 Suggestion: You may put some sticker or banner on the dashboard or side of the hotel van “ Vienna’s Hotel Pick Up Van” so the guests who just arrive at the airport and who doesn’t know how to speak or understand Chinese knows which van they can get into. ( Apps translations can do) but I hope someone will know how to verbalise even a basic English. Overall it was a great experience for us . 🫶🫶🫶 Definitely will book in this hotel again once we come back in Shanghai💙🩵 and we will recommend this hotel to our friends , countrymen and colleagues. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ “ Salamat”🫶

It is a 20 minutes ride to the airport, and the hotel provides free pick-up service to Pudong Airport as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean interior, smells good too. Very close to Disneyland. The breakfast was nutritious and there was a lot to chose from.

Room is new. However, cleanliness and service of the hotel can be improved.

The phone number provided is invalid. No airport pickup service at night and the breakfast didn't meet my expectations.

The location is very convenient to the pudong airport. they also provide the shuttle service to the airport. we only stayed one night and our flight was very early. This hotel fits our needs. The only thing worth mentioning is We smelled cigarette smells at the lobby and in the elevator and in our non-smoking room.

Feel tricked by trip.com with those “huge” discounts… smelly room, no lobby bar, not possible to get beer, breakfast - at countryside China level. Looks like standard price with all 40+% discount should be max regular price.

The hotel service is very good, good hotel environment facilities, free shuttle is very convenient

The hotel is located off the highway. Stayed one night. It is old but quite well-kept. The room is spacious and clean. The nearest food and groceries place is about 800m away. It's a good enough place to rest for one day or two day before leaving for the airport. Other than that there is nothing much around the hotel, especially shopping.

Suggest to request for high floor. I was staying at level 2 and the soundproof is terrible. My room is facing a road, not the main road I guess. I can hear people loading and unloading / people shouting to halt a lorry, and I can hear people quarrel in the morning. Cleanliness is average. Floor is a bit dusty but wearing slipper is fine. I found hair in one of the towel. They do not provide bathrobe (perhaps is upon request). I did not request. I did request for a spoon but they don’t have. So for those would like to have a coffee / sachet drink (I bring myself), suggest to bring a spoon.
