推薦一下霞慕尼的這家酒店，格蘭德，就在小鎮中心街道臨河，離纜車站步行幾分鐘。但我推薦原因不是位置，是難得硬件條件好的酒店，服務這麼得體和用心。因為酒店在中心，霞慕尼很多街道10:30-6:00限車進入，很多路段又是狹窄的單行，我昨天在繞了幾條路無果情況下打電話給酒店，服務人員很清晰的給我GPS座標，一路指引我開到酒店私人停車場，讓工作人員去接應我。到了之後，很貼心的介紹，聊天，當問我要不要預訂一下當地好吃的晚餐時，我説，不需要了，我要控制體重……前台女士幽默的自嘲説，哦，你怎麼也我們法國女人一樣了，錯過了多少美食！入住時問我來自哪裡？説北京是個大城市吧，我們衹有 1 萬人而已……知道我休息下要去SPA又貼心的給我畫地圖，讓我回房間休息換衣服。而今早，當酒店服務人員給我端上來做的Omelette和咖啡，看着擺盤和拉花，這真是我吃過自助早餐裏最有誠意的了，感覺每一分鐘都被舒適的用心對待了，這種服務才是最好的體驗！而酒店裝修風格也是我喜歡的老式的，但是也是明媚的，乾燥的，有漂亮露台能看到雪山的。

We enjoyed everything about our week long stay at The Grand Hotel Des Alpes! The location is ideal! The center of everything! The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable-I am picky about pillows and liked them. Breakfast was delicious every morning; homemade pastries, crepes, omelets, and everything else in between! The afternoon appetizers, treats and cocktails were a perfect little touch to hold us over until dinner. We also relaxed in the wonderful spa every afternoon following our ski days-the hot tub was actually hot (which I find rare in Europe). But, our favorite part of our experience was the staff! They were friendly, helpful and kind. The service was impeccable and always delivered with a smile! They made several reservations and recommendations of all kinds for us. They made us feel very comfortable and special. We will be back again!

Perfect location, right downtown. Great staff with a bus that takes you wherever you need to go ski. Hooked us up with a guide to ski Auguille Du Midi, which was an amazing experience. Right down by all the food. Everyone was great. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really super. Right in the centre of town. They do a regular shuttle to the cablecars/ski areas - out and back. But in fact we used walk back from the main cable car up to Brevant. The breakfast is great! The staff could not have been more helpful. We were a totally disorganised group and the team sorted out ski passes, ski hire and everything for us. Room was small but perfectly comfortable for 3 of us! Spa area is small but never crowded while we were there.

The staff was great, helpful & informed. They all speak several languages, they bend over backward for their customers. The location was ideal. No better place to stay in Chamonix. Will definitely be back to this place.

A charming hotel. Great staff. Quiet, clean rooms. Perfectly located. The lounge (really, a comfortable large living foyer or living room) was a perfect place to relax. Onsite driver can take you to local ski slopes. Why else would I hug the front desk staff when I left..they did everything they could to make it a very pleasant stay.

Loved our stay at this charming and classy hotel right in the center of town. The staff were delightful, so helpful and gave great suggestions. We had a beautiful room with a view of the river and mountains . Afternoon snacks in the relaxing living room are a treat. Great experience.

We stayed 4 nights at the Grand Hôtel des Alpes and I must say that we really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. We will certainly visite the hotel again on our next trip to Chamonix. Nous avons fait un séjour de 4 nuits au Grand Hôtel des Alpes et je dois dire que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Le personnel est très aimable et compétent, et l'hôtel est très confortable. Nous y retournerons très certainement lors de notre prochain séjour Chamonix.
