出差至南法地區，半夜到達酒店，前台細心地準備了歡迎函。南部的天氣真好，可以見到滿天星星，運氣好給了一間套房，房間很大，但城堡酒店有一定的年份了，內部佈局還是非常有特色的。
白天酒店周圍的景色非常美，推薦！

We stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much that we didn't even consider staying anywhere else this year, when we booked it again to have a reunion with our friends from overseas. We had a great time; the swimming pool was fantastic; the hotel restaurant where we had our reunion dinner was absolutely amazing! The staff is very accommodating and charming. If we will ever come to Dordogne again, we will be staying at Chateau de Reynats!

I have been visiting La Verriere at Chateau Reynat for more than 10 years. Always enjoyed a good value well prepared and served menu du jour. Very surprised today that this menu was no longer available, “ new chef “ was the excuse. Full à la carte menu available but as I was on my own could not really get enthused over this, apart from the exorbitant prices now being charged. I therefor opted for a plancha of charcuterie (local produce) at €23. Quite honestly I could and should have gone over to the supermarket and bought a packet of spek and a baguette, it would have been more appetising and cost about €5……very, very disappointing .

The castle is a nice sight to see as you pull up; I'm staying here? Yes! Inside is nice as well. My wife enjoyed having a relaxing bath with a hot cup of tea. Dinner was good, not great. There are better places, but the price for this chateau is spot on.

The stay was to celebrate Mother’s Day/special birthday. On departure we wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding the poor standard of food we received the previous evening. Instead of a professional & courteous response, the maître d’hôtel spoke to us in a very aggressive & disrespectful way & resulted in me becoming very upset. I was shocked by this man’s attitude. He told us that “the customer is not God” & would not listen to anything we had to say. I have travelled the world & never ever been treated in this manner - I certainly would not expect this in a 2 star let alone a 4 star establishment. Additionally - work men were staying in the rooms beside us & the smell from their smoking was very bad. I wondered if the smoke alarms had been disconnected because the alarm was not activated at all. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Over the phone advertised as modern rooms at the orangerie. Be warned that apparently it is a 3 star not 4 star as the hotel. Room had no air con, interior from 80s with carpet, you can hear neighbours use bathroom and other noises. Small pool, not enough umbrellas for shade, spa next to pool was very rude told me to get out when I wanted to use the bathroom. Definitely not worth a 4 star and location next to shopping area, far from romantic.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly and helpful front desk, good restaurant and all the necessary services nearby, including a superb pharmacy to take an antigen test for traveling back home to USA.

This was a birthday treat for my wife, so we stayed at a hotel that we had passed many times and heard a lot about. We had a double room but no A/C which was needex. We did find a fan, so we put up with the noise.
We looked forward to the lovely pool only to be told it was not in use due to re-tiling, most disappointing. Good news though, the new Spa facilities were now open but the new spa pool was not fit for use. I treated my wife to a massage and I got free use of the sauna's, ice cascade, cold tipping bucket and new computerised shower with sound effect and lighting, very very good. The Spa staff were excellent. The restaurant was lovely, the food delicious and staff courteous. Overall, I thought that the hotel lacked readiness, especially the lack of the swimming pools and general tidyness. The tennis court was not fit for purpose and needs a complete overhaul. I do however expect to return before the summer season ends.

Exceptional stay with good service, and all the comfort as expected in a beautiful property. The breakfast was beyond expectation. Bathroom needs update because the shower was not very easily placed to enjoy a nice shower.
