We planned to go shopping around for our wedding anniversary. We saw this hotel on Ctrip and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised and the environment was great. The sanitation is also very clean. We upgraded to a room with a tea table. The mattress and pillows are latex, which we all like. The environment is also very quiet. The room environment is very good. Because I had only booked a king bed for one day, because I was not sure about the hotel, but when I arrived and saw the room, there was a double room, and the manager helped us upgrade the room, which was very nice. We extended our stay for two more days, making a total of three days. The room is cleaned every day and there is sweet soup in the evening. It is in an urban village, but it is a very wealthy urban village, clean and quiet. There is also a cafe and a reading area on the first floor. Service: Very good. The hotel is in a community, Zhuangyuan Village, about 500 meters walk across the road from the Lanshi subway exit A. The first floor is a coffee and light meal book bar with good coffee. The upstairs is the room, which is very well decorated. The hotel facilities are new, fully intelligent home, clean and tidy. The front desk lady and brother are also warm and friendly. There is sugar water in the evening. It is quiet at night. The stay experience is very good. I recommend friends to come next time.

First of all, the location is in a village in the city, which makes it a little inconvenient to drive into the village, and the parking spaces at the gate are quite full (basically all the cars are parked by villagers). They found an unused basement for us (owned by the village committee). I will talk about the parking problem later. Secondly, as a homestay, the price is not cheap, so we came with expectations, hoping that the environment and sanitation could be better. However, it is just an expectation that you don't smell formaldehyde when you enter the door, so you can rest assured. However, as soon as you enter the room, you can smell the unpleasant odor from the bathroom, which lingers for a long time and has a peculiar smell. The smell becomes stronger after taking a shower, and the water temperature is unstable during showering. The bed sheets may be new, but there are hairs under the sheets. The projector screen in the room is very poor. The soundproofing is not good, and you can hear the cleaning clearly in the morning. Finally, we come to the key issue of parking. As mentioned earlier, after parking in the basement, when we were about to leave the next day, we found that the gate of the basement could not be opened. We waited at the gate for almost twenty minutes before someone finally opened it manually. Before leaving, we asked, "Do we not have to pay for parking at the entrance of the village?" Can I just go out now? The reply I got was that there was no problem and I could leave the village directly. As a result, the store front desk made a mistake and I had to pay out of my own pocket. Although the store transferred the money using the green bubble, my good mood for the day was completely ruined. Afterwards, we had already driven away, and the store owner apologized and asked us to go back to the store for coffee. We all left, and then went back? I'm scared and will not come to this hotel again. The above are all my staying experiences and objective facts. It is understandable that a new hotel has some minor problems, but it has already opened. Parking problems, hygiene problems, and problems with poor sound insulation of the doors should all be thought of and solved, otherwise the price of a B&B in an urban village will not be justified.
