"A heartfelt thank you to Remy, the housekeeper, for her customer-centric service and diligent, hardworking attitude! I arrived at the hotel on Saturday, July 11th, at 12:30 PM. The front desk informed me that my room wouldn't be ready until 2 PM. I understood and took my room card, planning to drop off my luggage and then go for lunch. Around 1 PM, while I was in the uncleaned room, sending messages, a housekeeper, who I later learned was Remy, passed by my door with her cart. Upon seeing me, she immediately stopped and, concerned, said, "This room hasn't been cleaned yet! I need to go eat now, or there won't be any food left in the cafeteria." I quickly replied, "It's okay, you go eat first!" However, she had barely pushed her cart away for a few minutes when she returned, saying, "I'll clean your room first. I feel bad seeing a guest waiting in an uncleaned room. I can just ask my colleagues to save some food for me." She then meticulously and quickly changed the sheets, tidied the bed, and completed the cleaning. I personally witnessed Remy's dedicated, responsible, and proactive service, and I was deeply moved. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and express my respect to her."

"The room wasn't huge, but it was really comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they even arranged for our rooms to be next to each other. The front desk is quite high up, on the 34th floor, and the guest rooms are actually below it. The hotel has dedicated elevators, and you need to use your card to access your floor, which feels very secure. They even have robots that deliver things, so you don't have to go up and down yourself. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of options for food and drinks. The hotel offers free parking, though the parking pass is only valid for a maximum of 24 hours, which is a minor inconvenience. However, the hotel offered a solution and helped us with vehicle access, which was a big plus! Highly recommend!"

"I booked a studio villa for over 700 yuan, only to wait an hour just to check in. As soon as I entered, I was hit by a strong musty smell – it was worse than any room I've stayed in for a mere 100-something yuan. The room was infested with mosquitoes, and the bed creaked loudly with the slightest movement. The lighting was incredibly dim, and there was dust everywhere; a quick swipe of my hand confirmed it. I honestly doubt the room had been cleaned at all; it felt completely abandoned. Thankfully, I had brought my own sheets, otherwise, I wouldn't have dared to sleep on that bed. The next morning, I went for breakfast. Perhaps I misjudged the time, but when I arrived at the restaurant around 9:50 AM, everything had already been cleared away, even though I was told service ran until 10 AM. To make matters worse, there were no disposable slippers. And to top it all off, the curtains didn't block out any light at night. With a bright street light right outside my window, I couldn't get a wink of sleep the entire night. I've truly stayed at high-end places like Atlantis, paying two or three thousand yuan a night, and also budget hotels for a couple of hundred. But I have *never* experienced anything as terrible as this Sanshui Resort. I am utterly speechless. Seriously, DO NOT, under any circumstances, stay here!!!!"
