"A heartfelt thank you to Remy, the housekeeper, for her customer-centric service and diligent, hardworking attitude! I arrived at the hotel on Saturday, July 11th, at 12:30 PM. The front desk informed me that my room wouldn't be ready until 2 PM. I understood and took my room card, planning to drop off my luggage and then go for lunch. Around 1 PM, while I was in the uncleaned room, sending messages, a housekeeper, who I later learned was Remy, passed by my door with her cart. Upon seeing me, she immediately stopped and, concerned, said, "This room hasn't been cleaned yet! I need to go eat now, or there won't be any food left in the cafeteria." I quickly replied, "It's okay, you go eat first!" However, she had barely pushed her cart away for a few minutes when she returned, saying, "I'll clean your room first. I feel bad seeing a guest waiting in an uncleaned room. I can just ask my colleagues to save some food for me." She then meticulously and quickly changed the sheets, tidied the bed, and completed the cleaning. I personally witnessed Remy's dedicated, responsible, and proactive service, and I was deeply moved. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and express my respect to her."

It's a newly opened hotel this year, so the facilities are new and the service is excellent! The bedding and toiletries are also very good. There's complimentary tea in the lobby! Because of the hot weather, the kind front desk lady even gave us two extra bottles of water when we left, and there were already eight bottles in the room – definitely enough to keep us hydrated! The breakfast offers fruit, drinks, and both Chinese and Western options, which is quite nice!"

"Not bad at all for my first stay here! The room was very clean, and the service was excellent – they answered all my questions patiently. The hotel is right in the heart of the furniture market, just a stone's throw from the Louvre (I assume this refers to a local shopping center or area called 'Louvre' rather than the famous museum). It's super convenient if you're here to buy furniture. Plus, there's a dedicated free parking lot, and a restaurant on the fourth floor, which makes dining easy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"Terrible service, and the room was old and rundown. For 700 yuan a night, they gave us cheap bottled water, the room phone was broken, and there were a lot of bugs. We arrived after 3 PM, couldn't stand it, so we just had a hot spring and checked out at 7 PM. They still charged us the full room rate. Seriously, I don't recommend this place at all. It's trash. The AC felt like it wasn't even on, and the facilities are all outdated. Absolutely not recommended."

"Traveling with kids, the most important thing for me is a safe and comfortable environment. When we checked in, Cici from the staff kindly noticed my child and proactively offered a small gift to cheer him up after the journey. My child also went swimming; the water was very clean and there were lifeguards on duty, which was very thoughtful. We forgot to bring towels, so I called the front desk, and the duty manager, Lian, quickly brought them over, worrying that my child might catch a cold. The service was truly excellent. The room layout was spacious, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so I didn't have to worry about my child slipping. The daily room cleaning was meticulous, and any requests to the front desk were quickly attended to. The hotel's quiet environment allowed my child to rest fully, making the entire trip much more relaxing thanks to this comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, close to attractions and shopping, and it's easy to get a taxi. I highly recommend it to families with children."
