位置很方便，步行10分鐘能到地鐵口，周邊有便利店和小吃店，日常出行、買東西不用繞遠，對短途出行的人很友好。
房間衞生沒大問題，床品乾淨無異味，衞生間也沒有積水或污漬，基礎的整潔度做到了。

設施很新，房間整潔乾淨寬敞舒適，對面就是大型超市購物，生活非常方便，每次打車定位也很精準，沒有走冤枉路，讓長者小孩都感覺比較便利，主要是老闆人很好，因為火車停運不能走，續租過兩次房間，考慮我們換房間很麻煩，儘量協調的沒有換，祝生意興隆！
