設施：設施齊全，就是沒有涼拖，其他都OK

我們到當地出差，室外很冷，進了房間後，打開了空調，然後空調沒啟動，等了很久沒啟動，我就想去洗個熱水澡吧，下午5點左右放了很久的水也不熱，十幾分鍾洗完了水温絕不會超過38度，也就是不冷。我們打電話問前台，安排了工作人員上來。50多歲的大叔，上來看到空調面板，用十分，是十分態度蠻橫，毫無徵兆發脾氣的訓斥語氣告訴我們，空調面板沒打開怎麼制熱啊？？？那語氣，我都驚呆了，我算我們笨沒打開，不會打開空調面板，這位大叔您也不用這種語氣吧，訓斥我們，我們做錯了什麼您訓斥我們，我們不就是沒打開空調面板嗎？然後又問我們，嫌棄的問我們南方的吧？我想説，我們南方的怎麼了，我們南方的怕冷怎麼了，怕冷就得讓你嫌棄嗎？過分了吧，我們南方人怕冷就該被你訓？被你教育？接下來，問我們不懂空調原理嗎，説不能把空調直接調到28度，要調到22度，然後再調到24度，依次往上調，我們説在家裡直接調到28度習慣了，那位大叔不聽這一切直接硬生生給我們調到22度，完全不尊重我們的選擇，我想問，我們花錢住賓館調多少度空調也得聽你的？這是有多可笑！再後來給他説熱水洗澡不熱，他埋怨我們説，你們現在洗澡就得把全樓所有熱水都放掉，浪費，我想問，那既然這樣那大家統一洗就好了，不要24小時熱水不好嗎？最後大叔告訴我們，不能燒水太熱，會燙傷皮膚，我想問，水太熱可以調解冷熱水閥門，加入更多涼水恆定水温，但是熱水沒有，那調什麼呀。
總之，態度極其惡劣並帶有極其嚴重地域歧視，完全沒有任何對人最起碼得禮貌和應有的尊重，性質惡劣，嚴重差評。

酒店位於凈月區，去凈月潭和農博園都很方便，服務熱情，衞生乾淨，有停車場，早餐方便，很好，好評！

衞生各方面都不錯，~隔音很強，外面施工關上窗子基本聽不見，不過早餐時間衹到九點，以為和別的如家一樣是十點，還有電視不能投屏有點小失望，工作人員服務挺好

整體還好，前台也如實告知邊上因為修路一晚上不停，確實有點吵，對於睡眠輕的朋友們不是很友好，本來定兩晚，住着還是吵，就退了一晚，整體酒店也比較配合，與人方便
