The room was clean and comfortable! I have to commend the service; they were incredibly responsive and enthusiastic, never showing any impatience. The location is quite easy to find, with a large sign at the intersection of Weishan Road. There's also a parking lot right next to it, making parking very convenient.

This hotel offers two complimentary bathhouse tickets. The bathhouse operates 24 hours a day, while the adult hot spring tickets are valid from 9 AM to 9 PM daily. On a typical Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the place gets incredibly crowded. Whether you're just using the bathhouse or staying at the hotel, everyone has to come in, change shoes, and get a wristband. When it's busy, getting back to your room is extremely inconvenient. The facilities are also quite old. However, I have to say, the service from the staff (people from Northeast China) is very warm and welcoming. Upon entering the hotel lobby, there's a super rich and delicious jujube and ginger tea. The hotel has its own large parking lot 🅿️, and there are charging stations about a kilometer away. Behind the hotel, you can walk to a barbecue restaurant. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. I chose this place for my three-day trip to Changchun specifically because I wanted a spot with bathing facilities to ward off the cold. The Ice and Snow New World, Jilin Rime, and Chagan Lake Winter Fishing were all incredibly cold, but also a lot of fun!

Its basically a spa, getting in and out of the spa is very troublesome as they keep your shoe as hostage and you are required to queue to check for payment every time you need to leave the hotel which is extremely time consuming. not suitable for family holiday hotel. Alot of additional charges especially for kids using the sauna.

What really got us wasn't the sub-zero temperatures of Northeast China, but the 30-degree Celsius room on the 20th of the night... We chose a hotel with hot springs to make it easier to get a scrub the next day, but it was so ridiculous. The room was 30 degrees Celsius, dry and hot. We finally managed to fall asleep with the door open and a staff member turning on the fan.

I've been using Ctrip for years, and this is the first time I've given a bad review to a hotel. It's outrageous! I checked in around 3 PM and left around 6 PM. First, there was no welcome fruit, and there wasn't even water in the room. I couldn't even find toiletries. Also, the shower only had a fixed showerhead; there wasn't even a handheld shower head. Second, the weather in Northeast China is dry, and although there was a humidifier in the room, it was huge and heavy, and I didn't know how to use it. I asked the staff on the housekeeping floor, and they said they didn't know either and told me to look for myself. Third, the attitude of the front desk and housekeeping staff was extremely poor—absolutely terrible. I don't know if it was because there were many people, but I only asked a few questions, like whether the hot spring was the same as the public bath, and the lady there said: "Of course not! How could it be the same? You have to wear a swimsuit to the hot spring!" The front desk staff also got angry after a few questions, completely impatient. Then, when I checked in, they gave me a ticket to the public bath, but then they wouldn't give me a locker and told me to take my clothes off. Finally, the room, which cost over 350 yuan, was as small as a 100-yuan motel, smelled bad, and was stuffy. Fine, I only stayed for three hours. I'll just consider the 350 yuan a waste and not stay in this awful place. I came here for accommodation, for tourism, not to undergo some kind of ordeal. This is truly mind-blowing.

The hot spring buffet served leftover squid to another customer, which was extremely irresponsible. The guy at the entrance who scanned QR codes had a bad attitude; he couldn't answer any questions properly.

This southerner's first experience at a bathhouse in Northeast China was a huge disappointment. The facilities were outdated, there were no charging outlets in the rooms (they were all on shelves), and they didn't even provide a bottle of water. Their main selling point was to make you unbearably hot, forcing you to buy water at 12 yuan a bottle. I went to the second-floor lobby, and the rest area was smaller than those in bathhouses back home, and everything was charged separately. I don't know how locals came to think this bathhouse was so great, but out of 10, I'd only give it a 1.5. It was truly baffling.
