定的大床房，到了前台説大床房對着電梯，讓我們加49辦理會員給升房，可以遠離電梯。我以為升級房型屋子裡面積會比大床房大，結果離店前發現大床房跟我們升級過後的是一模一樣的，而且對着電梯也沒有很吵，就是前台為了賣會員卡的一種説法，感覺被欺騙了。

房間很冷，不隔音，門縫下面都透光
衞生間的衞生也不到位，房間的沙發很臟很臟
洗衣機也和其他全季不一樣設施不完善，洗衣房和早餐店都在負一樓很冷很冷
前台的服務態度還是蠻好的也很熱情，
總之很差的體驗，兩個房間的人都凍感冒了

三百多的全季酒店住出了一百的快捷酒店的感覺，房間設施簡陋，電視劇我關不了，電視盒關了，遙控器按了個遍都沒把電視關掉，房間就兩瓶水，在啥都沒了，一次性拖鞋怎麼穿進去洗澡？而且我要在客廳洗頭就得去衞生間把洗髮液拿出來洗，空調吹暖風沒感覺，但是聲音很大，早餐種類挺多，但是菜的花樣很少
