第一次去因為退房太早（五點多退）查房阿姨沒上班就提前走了按金是八點以後退給我的，200按金退我190使用了一個天價十元的馬桶坐墊（第二次去的時候我問所有房間的馬桶墊都是三元，後來返我七元，跟我説點錯了，我不信。第一次扣的時候我在三打電話確認過，前台親口説十元，我不知道當時報的是什麼心理態度要我十元）第二次入住廁所馬桶沒沖，排泄物還在裏面，問前台，前台説是倆個屋的水管連着的，是隔壁的沖到我這屋的。最後給我的解決方案是幫我沖掉。這不是沖不沖的問題，住的憋屈，體驗感真的很差，什麼心情都沒了，屋裡枕頭也焦黃……絕對是最後一次住了

環境：酒店入口不是很好找，從入口到前台的公共環境衞生一般，周邊飯店吃飯方便
設施：質量一般，水龍頭出水速度過快不舒服
