酒店服務態度很差。1️⃣辦理入住的時候和前台溝通非得在前台付費才能給早餐，在平台定房不能給早餐，在平台定房是單位有要求，平台上沒有早餐選項，也不是我的原因，辦理入住耽誤了很長時間，入住就辦了能有二十分鐘，整體感受很差。2️⃣房間竟然給了最靠馬路的，窗户很小。3️⃣隔音特別的差，早上阿姨打掃衞生弄的叮咣響都能聽見，打擾休息，5️⃣針對前台的服務，個人覺得業務素質很差，水平跟不上，不符合全季酒店前台的服務標準，拉低了長春酒店的整體感受。6️⃣一個好的前台就是酒店的門面，這次的體驗很不好。前台服務人員到餐廳後廚玩手機，太不像話！有圖有真相！全季酒店的領導你們好好看看吧！

衞生：房間乾淨整潔，酒店大廳還有淡淡的茶香
環境：很滿意，酒店位置離北湖公園和吾悦廣場很近，都可以去溜達

還得是全季 房間出乎了我的預期 乾淨整潔 房間還有明信片 問了前台是根據季節的變化來調整的 這點很不錯 還有自助洗衣等 來回出入前台還會打招呼問好 有種很親切的感覺 棒 工作人員都很有親和力 贊

大堂的香氛很好聞，很遺憾的是不對外售賣，但是在前台的商品中買到了另一款香氛也非常好聞。房間一如既往乾淨，設施齊全，前台小姐姐推薦的鐵鍋燉很好吃。不錯。
