在這家店住的情況還行。有個前台的服務態度很好，非常温柔，笑臉迎人，態度主動，給了旅遊交通方式的紙，能很機智地理解客户的意思，另一個前台脾氣就不太行，服務態度相比之下差一截。另，附上去旅遊景點的幾張圖。

首先令人印象深刻的是無可挑剔的服務。 前台員工熱情周到，辦理入住高效迅速，甚至主動升級了房型作為小小驚喜。抵達時的一句親切問候、離店時的一句真誠道別，都讓人如沐春風。無論是禮賓小哥主動幫忙搬運行李，還是客房服務人員細緻入微的整理，都體現了酒店“以客為尊”的服務理念。
其次是客房環境的極致舒適與潔凈。 打開房門的那一刻，撲面而來的是淡淡的清香。房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，裝修風格現代而典雅。最讓人稱讚的是那張“天夢之床”，床品柔軟親膚，一夜安眠到天亮，徹底洗去了旅途的疲憊。浴室的乾濕分離做得很好，水壓充足穩定，提供的洗浴用品品質上乘，細節之處盡顯品味。

8月25日我們一行四人到酒店，在前台辦理入住登記時，當班服務員熱情接待，耐心解答我們提出的各類問題，辦理入住效率高。當我們諮詢酒店附近飲食情況時，服務員介紹的詳細、耐心，表述準確。特別需要好評的是，當我們諮詢長春旅遊景點、請服務員對我們一天半的旅遊行程給予建議時，服務員不但在查詢後很快給予我們了回覆，而且還特別用心的將長春主要旅遊景點彙總到一張表格上打印出來給我們，彙總表中詳細説明長春市主要的旅遊景點、每個景點的開車/打車距離、開車/打車時間、去景點所需乘坐的公共交通以及公共交通時長、景點營業時間等，我們在感到驚喜、意外的同時，也被深深感動着。這位服務員真正是將服務做到了“滿意+驚喜”，我們要特別對她説聲“謝謝”，同時為她專業且用心、用情、有温度的服務點贊！
