The hotel was excellent, truly living up to its 5-star reputation. It also feels very new and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive variety of choices, and the food quality was superb. Its location right next to a Wanda Plaza is incredibly convenient, with countless dining options just steps away. Getting around from the hotel was also very easy.

The complimentary single BBQ set was a generous portion. The double bed was quite spacious, and the room was clean. There was a good variety of breakfast options. I particularly appreciated the hotel buffet's thoughtfulness in clearly labeling allergens, which is incredibly helpful and considerate for guests with special dietary needs, such as food allergies. Excellent attention to detail! My only minor suggestion concerns the bathroom: the gap under the door is quite tight to the floor. When a bath mat is placed, it obstructs the door. Perhaps adjusting the rubber strip/seal at the bottom of the door could resolve this.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Car Factory interchange on the Changchun Ring Expressway, making it incredibly easy for self-driving travelers to get in and out of the city. What truly impressed me were the hotel's superb facilities. The rooms are spacious and come with a refrigerator and washing machine. The gym on the sixth floor also features high-quality equipment and an excellent ambiance! The front desk staff were friendly and professional – highly recommended!

The hotel is located outside the Fourth Ring Road, near FAW. A Wanda Plaza is conveniently located nearby, offering good options for dining and shopping. While the hotel is relatively new, it is a bit of a distance from the city center.

The rooms were brand new. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. Convenient outdoor parking was also available. Ivy Chen at the front desk was exceptionally good and friendly, a welcome change from some of the unsmiling staff. Jelly from guest services was also excellent, very diligent and responsible.

Facilities: Well-equipped, though they provided disposable bar soap on the sink instead of liquid hand soap. Hygiene: Acceptable, at a normal standard. Environment: The underground parking was quite convenient. Service: I very, very rarely leave negative reviews. In fact, on the night of check-in, the Guest Service Manager (GSM) even upgraded my room type, so I was initially planning to give a positive review. Around 10 PM on the night of check-in, there were no fresh welcome fruits left. It was agreed they would be delivered the next day around noon, and I explicitly informed them I would check out around 12 PM. The next day, just after 11 AM, someone rang the doorbell. As I was still in a deep sleep, it took me a moment to react when I heard it. I thought it might be the fruit delivery and intended to get out of bed to open the door. I had just gotten out of bed and needed to put on some clothes, so I told the person outside to wait a moment. Before I could even grab my clothes, the staff member opened the door and walked in themselves. Imagine the absolute shock and violation a woman feels standing half-dressed at her door, only to find her room door suddenly opened without permission! To make matters worse, it wasn't even the agreed-upon fruit delivery. Instead, they asked if I had any clothes for laundry. Is this such an urgent matter that you need to intrude into a guest's room without permission while they are resting? I can't conceive of any reasonable justification for this, short of a guest collapsing inside the room. The initial explanation I received was that housekeeping collects laundry from rooms in the morning. Shouldn't collecting laundry also require asking guests beforehand? If I didn't want the fruit and wanted to sleep until 2 PM, would I still be expected to specifically open the door for you in the morning to facilitate laundry collection? What if I hadn't opened the door? Wouldn't you have just entered directly anyway? I pay to rest and enjoy the service, not to be forced to comply with your so-called rule of 'we must enter your room at noon to collect your laundry, regardless of whether you are sleeping, showering, or dressed.' For a woman staying in a hotel, having her privacy invaded is certainly not a minor issue that can be resolved by merely offering some food and drinks.
