Changchun Luyuan District Hotels

My stay at the Echarm Hotel Changchun FAW branch had its ups and downs. The most immediate positive was the spacious room – plenty of space for luggage and moving around, which made for a very comfortable and un-cramped experience. However, there were a few minor drawbacks: firstly, no conditioner was provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests who need it for hair care. Secondly, the air conditioning emitted a noticeable odor when turned on, affecting air quality and overall comfort. Thirdly, the breakfast selection was quite limited, not catering to diverse dietary needs. On the positive side, the hotel's attention to service and post-stay follow-up was commendable. After checking out, the hotel proactively called to ask about my stay and suggestions for improvement, showing a genuine commitment to guest feedback. Moreover, I accidentally left my charger in the room, and the staff promptly contacted me, located it, and assisted with mailing it back. Their efficient and responsible service genuinely resolved my issue. If the hotel can address the AC odor, breakfast variety, and conditioner availability, the overall experience would be significantly improved. I would still consider staying here again on my next visit to the Changchun FAW area.

Facilities: Well-equipped, though they provided disposable bar soap on the sink instead of liquid hand soap. Hygiene: Acceptable, at a normal standard. Environment: The underground parking was quite convenient. Service: I very, very rarely leave negative reviews. In fact, on the night of check-in, the Guest Service Manager (GSM) even upgraded my room type, so I was initially planning to give a positive review. Around 10 PM on the night of check-in, there were no fresh welcome fruits left. It was agreed they would be delivered the next day around noon, and I explicitly informed them I would check out around 12 PM. The next day, just after 11 AM, someone rang the doorbell. As I was still in a deep sleep, it took me a moment to react when I heard it. I thought it might be the fruit delivery and intended to get out of bed to open the door. I had just gotten out of bed and needed to put on some clothes, so I told the person outside to wait a moment. Before I could even grab my clothes, the staff member opened the door and walked in themselves. Imagine the absolute shock and violation a woman feels standing half-dressed at her door, only to find her room door suddenly opened without permission! To make matters worse, it wasn't even the agreed-upon fruit delivery. Instead, they asked if I had any clothes for laundry. Is this such an urgent matter that you need to intrude into a guest's room without permission while they are resting? I can't conceive of any reasonable justification for this, short of a guest collapsing inside the room. The initial explanation I received was that housekeeping collects laundry from rooms in the morning. Shouldn't collecting laundry also require asking guests beforehand? If I didn't want the fruit and wanted to sleep until 2 PM, would I still be expected to specifically open the door for you in the morning to facilitate laundry collection? What if I hadn't opened the door? Wouldn't you have just entered directly anyway? I pay to rest and enjoy the service, not to be forced to comply with your so-called rule of 'we must enter your room at noon to collect your laundry, regardless of whether you are sleeping, showering, or dressed.' For a woman staying in a hotel, having her privacy invaded is certainly not a minor issue that can be resolved by merely offering some food and drinks.

The hotel environment is very good. There is a light aromatherapy smell as soon as you enter the lobby. The room is very clean and the mattress is very comfortable. There are many varieties of breakfast, including special corn noodles. The service staff is warm and friendly. It is very convenient to be close to the West Station. It is also convenient to eat and go shopping next to Wanda Plaza. The service staff in the store are very enthusiastic. They also gave me a small gift before leaving. I will consider coming again next time

Service: The front desk lady is very attentive and enthusiastic, check-in is fast and intimate, and there are questions and inquiries will be patiently answered; Room: The room is a more traditional decoration style, the furniture is arranged in a regular manner, the bedding is just soft and hard, and it is very relieved to sleep; Package: The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water supply is also timely, there are free mineral water and tea bags, the details are full ～

I chose a suite for the transfer of my child. The room completely exceeded expectations and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast is also good and there are many good styles. The noodles are corn noodles. The children like it very much. In short, it is a very pleasant choice. I will choose here when I go to Changchun West Station.

Since 2022, I met the Mehow Lizhi Hotel in Guilin. No matter which city I go to, I will search on Ctrip to see if there is a Mehow Lizhi Hotel in the local area. If there is one, even if it is a little far from my destination, I will choose Mehow Lizhi Hotel because this hotel is so great. I hope it will open in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai soon!!!

The room is spacious, and snacks and drinks are prepared in a variety of ways. There is also a bubble bath with three scent types, and the service is very considerate. There were weddings held during the Mid-Autumn Festival when I stayed there. Happy. There is also a German Oktoberfest on the 20th, which looks quite authentic, and the restaurant environment also has a bit of a Russian-German feel.

This is the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Changchun. I was very satisfied. I originally planned to stay only one night, but because I liked Changchun so much, I decided to stay another night. The hotel is very clean, the environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, the room is large, there is plenty of hot water, the temperature is very warm, the breakfast is delicious, the front desk clerk has a very good attitude, everything is very good, all five-star praise!

I was a bit tired from driving at high speed, so I decided last minute to find a place to stay. I saw there were only two Four Points by Sheraton hotels under Marriott nearby, and this one seemed newer, so I came here. The environment is excellent, and the room was quite clean. The bathroom cleaning could be improved a bit. As a member, I also got a room upgrade. The room was probably less than 40 square meters, a bit smaller than a typical Marriott room, but the bed was about 1.3m wide and very comfortable. Marriott's bedding and bed width are always good. The mini-bar in the room was free, and breakfast was also great, served from 6-10 am. They even had craft beer in the afternoon. The price was not high on the weekend, offering excellent value for money. Prices increase slightly from Monday to Friday, probably because there are more business travelers from the auto park. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

This hotel is very good. A few of our family members booked this hotel on Ctrip, and I feel that the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The hygienic condition of the room is also very good, and the bath water is also very warm and powerful. It is especially suitable for us southerners to come in winter. The breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. When we go out to play, it also helps us store our luggage for free. This five-star hotel is worth it! I will stay in this hotel next time I come.
