Hotels in Nanhu Park, Changchun

After a trip to Changbai Mountain, we stopped over in Changchun for two nights on our way back. After a long search on Ctrip, we finally settled on this hotel for two reasons: the TV series 'A Lifelong Journey' was filmed here, and it's a garden-style hotel. Our two-night stay certainly didn't disappoint, though our only regret was that it was too short. The hotel is located on Nanhu Street, directly opposite Nanhu Park. Bus G252 stops right outside the main entrance. The nearest subway station is a bit far, about two kilometers away, so we mainly relied on ride-hailing services for getting around. Our room in the main building wasn't large, but it was well-equipped and very clean. It seemed to have been renovated a few years ago. Staying here, you can actually sleep with the windows open at night without needing the air conditioning. Breakfast was also decent, but the dining area seating was predominantly round tables. The à la carte dinner at Bailian Hall was excellent. While a bit pricey, the taste was absolutely superb! It's best to stay for at least three nights here. That way, you can take a complimentary ride on the hotel's electric buggy to fully explore and enjoy the premises. The hotel is truly enormous, covering an area of 1290 mu (approximately 212 acres), and comprises over a dozen buildings.

The family room was absolutely fantastic, truly the biggest family room I've ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, and both the elderly and the children were very happy with it! The breakfast was also very rich and diverse. The location is excellent too; the Xinxingyuan Dumpling Restaurant is just 200 meters away, and there's a subway station nearby. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely book this hotel again next time we come to Changchun!

The location is right by the South Lake. It takes less than ten minutes to walk from Gongnong Square subway station, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. There are several delicious restaurants nearby, such as Tianjin Baozi, Changchun Old Butcher Shop, etc. Tianjin buns are delicious! The Northeastern dishes there are also good, and the sweet and sour pork is very good. The staff is friendly and the overall facilities are very good. Highly recommended~ There is a book bar and coffee shop in the lobby downstairs, which is suitable for leisure. There are two washing machines and two dryers, and the dryer has a large capacity. The washing machine can intelligently send a WeChat message to let you know when washing is done. The breakfast is also good, the freshly cooked wontons are very good. There are fruits, biscuits, milk, soy milk, fried rice, fried noodles, etc. There is only one family room on each floor, but there are two rooms with one large and one small bed, so the space is large, which is really nice. You can place orders through WeChat on your mobile phone and have the robot deliver items to your room. What can be improved is: there are no tea bags in the room (the service desk can deliver non-independent tea bags), and no body lotion.

Booked this for a friend, who said it was a good hotel. It's an old hotel in Changchun, formerly known as the Overseas Chinese Hotel. It's right next to Nanhu Park. The surrounding environment is good and quiet. The breakfast is quite rich. It's also close to work places. I was quite satisfied with the stay.

The front desk service is good. Luggage can be stored. Takeaways can be delivered to the building. Check-in can be done early. The cleaning attitude is good. The service is excellent. The housekeeping is clean. Daily necessities are also replenished regularly. The hotel environment is good, clean, complete facilities, and good location.

Let me talk about the advantages first, 1 bed is relatively clean, I don't feel itchy when I fall asleep, I live in many chain hotels and my skin will be itchy. 2 The room is relatively large and the night view outside the window is not bad. 3 It happened to be aunt period, the store sent a nursing mattress, this is really good. 4. The surrounding facilities are quite complete. Disadvantages, 1 toilet is too small, squatting on the toilet is too crowded. 2 Many facilities are aging, such as this shower, the head is blocked, the water is pulled out from the side when it is opened, and it is estimated that it is 1.8 meters away from the ground. It is very inconvenient to take a bath. The small shower is better, but it is also messy, the fixed crossbar is very loose, the shower is old. 3 The sound insulation is too poor, the sound of running water at 12 noon, and the next door is clear at two o'clock in the evening. 4 This crossbar on the bed on the second floor, I licked twice in the afternoon. 5 The building where this homestay is located is not very hygienic, and there is garbage water everywhere. 6 Why is the shampoo shower gel floating white blocks, I dare not use it. 7 Stayed for five days and no bottle of free water. 8 The socket on the wall next to the bed was loose, and the charger was plugged in. 9 I arrived early on the first morning. The night before, I said that I would add an hourly room to let us live in the room we selected in advance. There is no need to change the room. After the result, I changed it twice and let us temporarily live in another room. What I said is like, it doesn't count.
