體驗非常好！新建的小區，綠植很多，小區的環境整潔優美，一梯兩户。屋子裡很乾凈，也很寬敞。客廳明亮寬敞，還有美麗的油畫裝飾。離景點都很近又不在景點旁邊，這樣的話很安靜，去哪裡也都很方便！老闆回覆很及時耐心，第一天晚上22點才到，有問題還隨時回覆我，感謝！超暖心！

一開始和房東打電話🤳🏻就感覺房東很靠譜，後面接觸果然很實在，因為帶着長者來的擔心冷，房東就貼心下單了電褥子，後面有啥缺的，聯繫之後也是很快的叫了快遞送過來，入住之前還安排了保潔打掃一下浮塵，整體來數房東人很好，很熱情周到，房子裝修也很新，設施方便，床品也舒服，有簡單的碗筷和菜刀 冰箱 水壺鍋，我在帶都沒用，寵物優化並且可以自己做飯，一家人出來很有家的感覺

房間衞生條件不錯，設施比較全，比較新，整體居住舒適度不錯。離黃金海岸很近，自駕去蔚藍海岸也不遠，十多分鐘到，去市區稍微遠一些，大概半個小時。整體性價比很高，適合親子，自駕。
